Guzman was definitely a favourite for my partner and I for awhile but for the past couple of months every time I go there, there’s always something wrong with my order. I always pay for extras and they never seem to put them on. I ordered a burrito bowl with extras and paid for them. I even had two types of meat and got the receipt. They had run out of brown rice which was fine and offered alternatives to help resolve that which was nice of them and the girl I spoke to had really nice customer service. The problem was when I got home and opened the bowl to find half of the extras I had paid for missing again. No chicken, no jalapeños, no salsas. It happens almost every single time I go there now and it’s so disappointing as I’ve always loved Mexican food and was really hoping for a nice dinner. I just wish that they would read orders more carefully as I’ve always paid good money for good food and it never seems to happen. I work in food and it’s not that hard to read an order receipt to get it right. I have wasted so much money paying for extras and they always miss at least one of them. Please make sure your staff read orders more carefully as I’m sure I’m not the only person with this issue as it happens all the time.

I’ve given it multiple goes, and every time I’m disappointed. Terrible portions, even if you pay for extra meat. My order has been wrong more often than not. I’m a GyG fan but avoid this one. Pic is my ‘extra meat’ taco, which was supposed to have pico etc as well.

I dont know why I Keep coming back to this store, other than I believe in the company. Have a go for crying out loud.Front of house was lovely and thats why you got a second star. The rest was for the disappointment.18 dollar barrito bowl with extra GaucAnd beef.All ingredients were ok but it’s not the Guzman way. Deceiving amazing of guac and beef as I went searching for it before I took photo. Keep your directors dream alive and follow their cards. It’s just a bit of love. That’s all it is. It’s nothing to you but I just finished a 14 hour day.I had no option but to eat it and not be confrontational. I was starving.Not written out of spite but if you got mystery shopped you would of failed.

Consistently have to go back due to incorrect orders, and generally at least one part of the order is not portioned correctly. See photos for the tacos we just received. When it's done right the food is nice enough, just sick of the service.

I order from this Restaurant multiple times per week as I love GYG food, however this has to be the most inconsistent store that I have ever been too. I am constantly finding ingredients I remove, am allergic to or refuse to eat mixed in which just ruines my order. Whilst I appreciate mistakes happen, this hasn't occurred just once, twice or even three times, it's 70% of the time! Feedback passed onto Management multiple times and seems to go on deaf ears. Such a shame as this place has huge potential.

As usual, this place along with most stores suffers from company's organizational structure which trickles down to district managers and then store managers.It should not be acceptable to senior managers that there are so many similar complaints which in my opinion stems from lack of clear organized prep and service, leaving much of decision-making to incompetent managers and incapable staff.Like every other time, they messed up my order with messy and under-served hard tacos.The Guacamole was tasteless and to top it off they left Avocado skin in the Dip (see photo with arrow) and the Avocado was left in really big chunks (see photo with circle).This company seems to need an organizational restructure with better training for senior management and diligent coaching of store managers.There must be a system to vet unqualified applicants, when it appears anyone with an application at hand is hired. Then trained by the incompetent staff to be incompetent.

Holy heck homies, I just bought a cali chicken buerito bad boy. Far out its bloody delcious. Ive had to refrain from swearing lol. Its lovely. Thankyou to the two lovely blond ladys that served me i'd never been there before and they were more then helpful i've been in the hospitalty industry for 15 years. It is so nice to be served with a smile.

Came through drive thru with an online Delicious hot burritos, the order was accurate and customer service was friendly.Had the spicy cheese fries a generous serving with lots of jalapeños and pico just the way I like it!I love the complimentary sauces and additions of onions and pickled jalapeños you can add to your orders.Thank you I will be back!

Always have to go back due to incorrect orders, staff would rather play on their phones and talk amongst each other then serve people. The manager is great, I can see he gives orders to the staff. But the staff just get side tracked. Staff need to pick up their game.

I ordered a $15.70 burrito, with no beans, rice and pico de gallo. But added sour cream and onion. It came looking like a tiny kids one, smaller than my s22 ultra phone. Also cold, hard taco hmmm more like smashed n cold mess in a box.Coffee cold
