If I could give them zero stars I would! I bought the glass protector for my iPhone and it broke in less than 48 hours and cut my finger, came in asking for an exchange. They refused to help and after I made a fuss about it they said showing them a bank statement is not enough evidence even though they didn’t give me a receipt. The staff member remembered me but refused to help. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY THEY DON’T GIVE A FUDGE ABOUT YOU. Your better off taking your hard earned cash to the plenty of other phone booths in the centre who deserve your money!!!!

Took my phone in to get its screen replaced and have had nothing but negative experiences since.First time it was replaced, that same night the screen was popping out and the lcd underneath had stopped working in spots leaving my phone unusable for a week.They ordered another replacement screen in and replaced it again the next week. After they had finished, the lcd was now working but I noticed that the screen was still sticking up at the bottom but was reassured that it was fine and there was enough glue holding it on.The next day the screen had popped up even more and is now coming up at the sides as well, which has now resulted in a crack in the screen just from normal use as it is not stuck down properly.Have been back to show them today and was laughed at and told because it has a crack it isn’t under warranty anymore and there is nothing they can do.She raised her voice at us (was quite a shock as my partner and two young children were present)and even stated that if it were her phone that she would not accept the job that had been done. She refused to let me speak to a manager and told me that I should come back tomorrow to speak to them. The shop then called security on me and security could not understand why the shop had called them, it was quite embarrassing.Will definitely be taking further actions to get a refund.

*UPDATE*: The manager apologized and changed a new phone casw and screen protector free of charge.Few things why I highly DONT recommend this place. Just bought our S22 plus and they scratched it :)1. A guy looked in highschool age had no customer service skills and rude. When we asked is their own brand of temper glass provide good protection, he literally THREW the box on the bench and asked us to read.2. He told us 15 minutes would suffice to apply the temper glass but he clearly is not trained up to do the job yet. He failed the first attempt and the manager had to come and told him to do it again. He tried it again but didnt tape the buttons on side to prevent overflowing of the glue they used to stick the temper glass. So they need to use some chemicals to remove the glue.3. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY. When we asked how long more is it going to take and what is happening with our phone, why are u scratching it so hard? The kid replied oh the glue flowed to the side and the buttons are PARTIALLY WORKING. (WE JUST BOUGHT THE PHONE HELLO???) Furthermore the manager or senior staff clearly do not want to take responsibility of the mistake that the kid made and come to talk to us. IT TOOK close to 45 minutes to finish the job.Our buttons ended up working but with an super obvious scratch on the side and multiple mini scratches. When we mentioned the scratches, the kid just kept repeating, check the buttons, they are working. OF COURSE I KNOW THEY ARE WORKING, WHAT ABOUT THE SCRATCHES U MADE ON THE PHONE WE JUST PURCHASED???If you are trusting your phone to them, GOOD LUCK.
