DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!I booked 2 weeks in advance to get a End of lease clean and on the day the job was to happen I received a call 30 mins before the cleaners were expected to arrive to be told they had car troubles and would not be there till the afternoon. I agreed this would be ok then 20 mins later got another call saying they couldn’t make it at all today. As the keys need to be handed back to the landlord the next day this wasn’t an option. I was then told I would get a call back in 5 mins with a solution and of course this never happened. I tried calling them 3 times and they wouldn’t take my call. This is the worse service I have ever experienced. Stay clear from this business. They don’t deserve your money or time.

Everyone makes mistakes when they move house, sadly using these services was mine. I went with them because they had positive reviews, I think I must have just got unlucky with this team. I would advise to use with caution if booking them. I sadly had to spend the next day fixing the issues they caused and clean the things they've missed. A great $900 investment, lesson learnt.Some highlights from an end of lease and another start of lease clean include:1hr late for the first job, 2.5 hours late for the second.The team arrived, barely said a word and walked around like they about to rob the place, until we felt forced to leave. Very uncomfortable.They must have cleaned the house with the doors wide open all day without the bug shields closed, our house was covered in mosquitos last night.The steam cleaned" carpets were drenched through.Bathroom in the first place was barely touched

I use maid pro cleaning services on a regular term house cleaning. And the cleaners are professionals and accurate. They will do every cleaning very detail oriented and are friendly.

Cleaning was hassle free. Good communication and affordable rates comparing to quotes from bigger companies. Used two times in last 3 months. Recommended

Nice guys to deal with. Easy communications. We have done an end of lease clean with them. Cleaners looked like very young boys so me and my partner underestimated them first. But the outcome was unexpected and jaw dropping. Spotless and amazing job. Keep the good work guys. Highly recommended.

I had Deep Clean service from Maidpro and I’m glad I did. The cleaners they send gave me a call before they came and were very friendly. Before they finished cleaning, they asked me to check their work over to see if there is anything needed to be redone. They did a super detailed clean within a short time. Totally happy with their service.

They didn't complete the job, and they only sent 2 people to clean a 5 bedroom 2 story house. Never came back to clean, and supervisor sounded like he was making up a lot of excuses.
