I get my nails done very often and this place is just awful. It is very rare for me to leave such a low review. Severely over priced ($85 for sns with chrome and removal) which is bot the original price quoted to me, the first staff member who started my nails kept coughing, sniffling and swallowing down her a phlegm as she was working and was very rough to the point that she hurt my nails with the filling tool multiple times that caused a burning sensation. The second girl that continued my nails applied the wrong chrome colour onto my nails with a green sheen instead of the one I chose. Would not recommend to anyone and highly unsatisfied. I wish I had never wasted my money on this place

Do not go to this place. And do not believe the 5 star reviews. It’s probably them. I’m a long term customer- they used to be good. With some nice girls working with good skills. Last couple of years the quality of service and job has gone down and the terrible attitude has gone right up. They are rude, very clearly speaking about customers in a derogatory way and the worst thing is they have NO RESPECT for people’s time. They’ll make you wait 30-40 min easy. Every time. Even with an appointment. I had three different girls taking over from each other for a simple mani/pedi plain polish. Repeating steps or missing them as they didn’t know what the other had done.. this wasn’t even shellac or SNS. I was there for 2.5 hrs. Outrageous. No apology and a terrible job at the end. obviously using poor quality polish poured into OPI bottles. Please see photo attached. Both my hands AND my feet are like this. And no, I didn’t wear shoes or rub my hands too early. To top it off, they tried to charge me five dollars extra!! Will never, ever return.

I am not really the one to review places but my experience at Venus Nails was bad enough to write about it. They bad mouth and humiliate every customer in a very undignified way about anything or the customer’s preferences. I believe they prefer to have all customers stay silent and their conversation in their native language only be occurring,showing a lot of hate. Possibly the most rushed and the worst manicure I've ever had. And they charged $35 for this service.

Such a terrible experience here. I got a shellac pedicure and file and polish on my nails. The whole thing took over two hours. As soon as I left the salon my fingernails all smudged and I ended up taking it all off and doing it myself. The poor woman beside me overheard (she spoke Vietnamese) the women speaking rudely about her. Overall very unenjoyable experience.

I had an excellent experience today - polite and super helpful staff. Siu made a really good job of my gel manicure. I am visiting from the UK where I have my nails done regularly but not as good as today! Thank you so much!

I went to get my nails done last week and they were average and tried to charge me extra for less than a mm of extension. Two days later two broke off and I went back today to get them fixed and I got charged $18 for two nails that broke because of them. Also the man held my finger so tight I had to ask him to be more gentle.

The service is bad enough to do a review to warn others seems to be a common theme here. Wish I read the reviews before I came ! But I’m here to write my own. Made an appointment but no staff was available when I got there and they kept bringing in people to wait . More than 4 even though there’s no staff? Definitely money hungry for customers … and waited 20 mins until I decided to not even let them touch my nails. I kept showing them photos from thier own Instagram but they were saying it was too hard the design and changed the price three times !! So I’m assuming they are not even using their own photos on thier Instagram! Not trust worthy. REALLY RUDE staff . Do yourself a favour and go next door at organic nail salon they are THE BEST AND CHARGING LESS THAN VENUS WITH MORE BETTER SERVICE

Out of all the salons in the area, Venus Nails is my absolute go-to nail salon. The staff are so lovely and the service is always wonderful and consistent. They are always able to perfect my nails; whether it is a conplex or classic design. I always leave feeling so looked after. Would highly recommend!!

Pretty shocking experience. Even when you have an appointment they make you wait 1 whole hour before serving you, when you ask how long the wait will be they keep saying 5mins. After one hour finally received a nail technician and even then she was multitasking with everyone instead of focusing on one person's nails. In the end a simple 30mins job took two hours and had to go home and repaint the nails myself because they just weren't upto the standard. Do not visit unless you want to waste both your time and money. The spa pedicure with massage - definitely was not worth $50.

Not a very pleasant environment. The rating of the place is less than 3.5 but I decided to try and warned that I was in a hurry. I was told could that they start immediately, but after 8 minutes nothing started. when I politely asked to start, the girls in the salon in their own language began to swear among themselves and then the one who speaks English said that she now had a pedicure with other clients and she would be free in another 10 minutes.It’s sad but I had to leave. Also, the girl at the next table was working with a client who was slightly ill with the flu.Unfortunately, I will not go to such a salon myself and I do not recommend it to you. Your time is not valued here.
