The staff member said it would be a 35 minute wait to change a watch battery.After 90 minutes, and three attempts to collect it after being told a few more minutes each time, it was finally ready. It says new management . Perhaps instead of both staff taking customers money, one should be actually doing the work and the other serving .We have visited before , when run by other staff and had no issue. Perhaps just finding their feet.

Couldn't recommend more highly!Darren was fantastic in helping me with a broken car key disaster. He even went as far as driving 20 minutes to the location of the car to help recode and finalise the new key purchased from him.Could not have asked for better service during the entire experience. I highly recommend Darren and his team. He has now become my go to for all Key/ Watch related repairs and adjustments.Thanks again Darren!

I would like to thank David, Rayleen and Erin for helping me and for providing the best customer service I have experienced in a long time.I had an issue with my Emporio Armani watch that was caused by the previous owner and now inherited by them as the new owners due to no fault of their own. Rather than say “it’s not my problem as we are the new owners” they repaired my watch at considerable expense to themselves and didn’t leave me in a vulnerable situation or out of pocket as a customer due to the new ownership.For this I am very grateful as this level of customer service is rare.Mister Minit now provide a range of services that were not available previously and without doubt they are my “go to” place for keys, batteries and repairs for shoes, watches, handbags and leather goods.

Got my knives sharpened at Mister minut and also I also inquired about replacing my watch band.The staff were really friendly, especially Erin who was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with.Keep up the good work!

I don’t normally use shoe repair services but I decided to give it a try.I took my shoes to Mister Minit Southland and was quoted $75 to re sole and re heel. Haven’t done this to any of my shoes before so was happy to give it a go.The end product was great! I was told that it would normally be a same day or next day service but due to the pile of shoes in for repair, it would take a few days.Picked it up today and it looks great! Very happy with the end result. Shoes were polished too, not sure if it was part of the package or a free add on as I didn’t ask for it. But great either way.

Really expensive for everything here.I’ve tried for two different things - leatherman $80 (30%) more than other high street retailers and a key fob $90 when another shop on the other side of Westfield did it for $40.My advice is to check your pricing before chatting with these this stand - very expensive.

Incompetent at watch battery replacement - after having batteries replaced in 2 GShock watches, both watches leaked water in shallow pool - returned to store under warranty and was told they were now “fixed” and pressure tested - but now they fog up just wearing on my wrist and not in water. Complaint to Area Manager Kyle that both watches were now damaged internally by water resulted in only refund of battery cost - no compensation given for cost of 2 watches which are now damaged - and have no faith they can/will properly repair them if take them back for a 3rd time - recommend you use a reputable watch repairer if you need batteries replaced - not Mister Minute.
