Beyond Disappointed & DisgustedWe get buying a house is competitive and hard, but after being told by Daniel of an upcoming property in Kiama Downs and inspection in a weeks time, you can imagine our shock when told on arrival to the open that it sold the night before.Daniel told us the reason we (and the three other parties arriving when we arrived) were not informed of the sale the night before was it was at 6:30pm.Apparently a text or email or call informing us was too much or even updating realestate.com. until after the open.Our further disappointment was that the TIME taken out to visit this home meant we missed our on three other opens which now have offers - also the vendor he was representing obviously hasn't been told of our willingness to compete on the property.

I sold my house through Daniel at Harcourts last November. We had already bought a house and urgently needed to sell. Daniel made it happen within the week. He is reliable, fair, friendly and I found him to be very genuine which is rare in real estate. I really appreciate his honesty and transparency, especially when we were looking to buy a house. It was such a stressful time but I felt supported by Daniel which helped everything run smoothly.
