Communication was good, customer service was very attentive.However, food was not worth the money.Breakfast time, you get a steamed bun, some veggies, a sweet soup and a herbal soup, the steamed bun probably cost a dollar or less.The taste of the food was not the best, menu repetitive. They use cucumber to make soup, which I have never had and they tasted like dish washing water.Would not recommend due to the high price and the poor quality of food.

My friend recommended me this service, she used there about 5 years ago. I was amazed by the taste of the dishes(much better than I expected for confinement food). We received nice flowers for the Christmas Day, I really like the handmade dimsims and cakes, overall experience is very satisfied and will keep recommending.

The service provided was excellent. They were prompt with reply and delivery was smooth and on time. A variety of high quality food was provided on a daily basis. Thoroughly enjoyed all the food provided especially the soups, desserts and main meals. Highly recommend for those who don’t want to worry about their food whilst in confinement period to have full focus on bub!

We really loved this service from Happymoon! When my parents initially suggested it for me, I was hesitant as I expected super herbal-tasting meals. We trialled one week, and quickly realised it's worth! It helped us so much in the first month following giving birth to our first child, especially during lockdown. The breakfasts were hot and tasty, and there were always lots of nutritious soups (they give you 2-3 per day!) and tasty mains. Portion sizes were perfect for one, and sometimes enough for my husband to try. The morning deliveries were always punctual, the food was fresh and combinations well thought out. The package itself was quite expensive, but they were willing to offer us a discounted deal when we extended from 1 to 4 weeks. Would recommend :)

I did some research on the few options, Happy Moon is the only one happy to give us their kitchen location to visit!! I would only feel assured if our meals were prepared by a proper commercial kitchen.

My husband and I were struggling about hiring a confinement lady or buying confinement food, we chose confinement food because its cheaper, in fact, the food is far beyond our expectations.The meal is well-made with high-quality ingredients, my husband always wants to steal my food, lol. The covid locked us at home, but I have no complaints with delicious food every day.

We are quite happy with the service we got, my wife has a few dietary restrictions and they were very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We had Isabelle during lock down last year, thank God we found Happymoon, who took care of all my meals for 40 days! Highly recommended!
