Ordered a bacon&egg muffin this morning, it needs re-warming as it’s pre made which is ok ,tongs used to get it from the cabinet which is all good . But to my horror I then watch the girl in the kitchen continuously wipe her nose with her hand then proceed to pull apart my muffin by hand, stopping in between to cough over my food with no attempt at covering up,then whilst waiting for my food to warm decides that she needs to groom her hair ,meticulously running her hands through her hair to flatten it and put it in a pony tail, wipes nose again and rebuilds with tongs but then picks it up by handThis girl quite clearly had a cold or worse and shouldn’t have been at work, safe to say my muffin is in the bin outsideAt no point did she wash her hands!!I come here weekly and it’s been great but I’m done

This is a very nicely set out room. A bit cheap furniture but modern and fresh.I want very impressed with a couple of things regarding service but was particularly disappointed with the late loud quiz night that sounded like it was in my room. I also found it impossible to use the TV.

The eyre pantry at the front of the hotel is easily the best cafe in whyalla. The food is amazing, watch out - serving sizes are large. The coffee is the best on the peninsula. Go the eyre roasted blend from port Lincoln.

Amazing pub! The only place in Whyalla that doesn't have a so called council restriction" and or is anti dogs being in the outdoor parts of a venue. Very friendly staff

We had a meal for the local quiz night as we do quite often, as always the food was good and the quiz master was very welcomingmy complaint is that when recieved our food (tasted amazing and piping hot) i asked the server to please just put it on the table and id pass it around, instead she decided to pass a piping hot plate full over gravy OVER my 9 month old in his highchair which made me quite angry, one slip and he would be wearing a full plate of boiling sauce and food, its one thing passing over an adult (but i havent even seen a server ever do it to an adult) but she did this to a baby, TWICE..my only other complaint was the kids fish and chips, for $12 the fish was maybe at most half a fillet which just isnt enough seeing as more than half the plate was chips, and a huge chunk was a salad that a 1 year old cant eat (raw carrot sticks etc) i understand the salad as kids meals are up to 12, but the lack of fish on a $12 meal was disappointingadult meals and environment was amazing, and the heaters work great, dont love that it smelt like people were smoking before the time limit though

Poached eggs on (Thick Sliced) toast and a decent coffee for less than $20. Inside or outside dinning, nothing is a hassle for the friendly folks behind the counter - Really recommend it over a roadhouse or fast food.

Lovely bright and clean hotel. Was open on Good Friday for a meal and we were able to watch the AFL match on the big screen.

Excellent in all aspects except for the size of the room. I could put my arm out either side of the bed and touch either wall. The rest of the service I cannot fault. Clean and we'll maintained with beautiful decor and even an umbrella supplied for convenience. My wife loves the strip lighting and bathroom setup the most. Would have easily been five stars if not for the size of the room.
