I called Hilders transport today as a potential client hopeful for a service the company’s named for.After a rather cold and unhelpful phone call, I was strictly directed to email. Hilders response was beyond short and to the point that it bordered on rude but further to this offered no reason as to why transport could not be provided.This type of customer service is the type you remember and write a bad review about.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My company needed to send an invoice to the company however I was gobsmacked by the abuse I got just for asking for confirming the email address provided. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
