Came in for a skin needling appointment. Staff were busy so that wasn’t a problem I get that. Sign on desk told me to take a seat and wait did that. While waiting someone else came in. And was standing around. The staff member Crystal came out. And served them first. Which was a bit annoying. Then when it was my turn to come up They said my name then said ok take a seat. No friendly ness like to others. Personally I found that sucked as other people get friendly treatment but not me. Wondering what was the difference. Been going there for a while and have spent a lot of money there and havnt had this type of experience before. Makes me not want to go there if the staff are selectively friendlyAlso found out my pre paid sessions expired. Wasn’t told that in advance. But luckily a very helpful staff member fixed that up. Thank you very much to her. I think Taylor was her name probably got the spelling wrong. But thank you to her as she was the only person who was friendly today

Im delighted to share my 5 star experience at LCA belconnen. Sally and Jacqui are the most highly skilled clinicians for facial rejuvination treatments, these ladies are amazing! They are gentle, thorough and really care for their clients.I highly recommend their services. Its a joy to visit their clinic with a team of friendly staff and results you will be thrilled about. Wenta was incredible. She went above and beyond for all my needs. Extremely knowledgeable in the services and goods that the laser clinics supply. I have recommended her to all my friends as she has such a brilliant personality and you can tell she loves what she is doing.

I engaged facility for cool sculpting.First session went fine. paid the bill in full. about 3.5k.I became extremely bloated and swollen and sore from the treatment for about 2 weeks. this was explained in advance and expected.This was on 11/10/22I had a second appointment for the treatment booked on 17/12/22.For anyone who can count. this is 9.5 weeks.At the time of booking my first treatment, I also booked my second. My technician confirmed this was greater than 8 weeks away which is the minimum and was “perfect”.Today (16/12/22) I received a call from their reception, advising that they had seen my appointment, and it had only been 7 weeks, and as it needs a minimum of 8 weeks, they would need to reschedule me, they had spoken with my technician who “had told them to book me back in for 12 weeks”I corrected them on their math and advised I would keep my original appointment.They then advised me that my technician was not working that day now and there was no one else who could do the treatment.Frustrated at their choice to simply lie and assume I wouldn’t notice, I expressed my annoyance, advised they needed to be honest about why I couldn’t get my treatment, and then said that I had been upfront with my timelines, and needs, almost 3 months ago. I said I could do between the 23rd and the 30th.I was told that they didn’t have these dates, as it was to close and they had been advised to book me back in for when I was 12 weeks post. I explained that these dates WERE 12 weeks post, and that I simply could not do later.their proposed timeline was mid Jan. the weekend of the 21st to be exact.Given I was swollen and sore for 2 weeks, this was not acceptable as I have a special event on the 4th of feb and then need to fly out of the country.They offered no solution except to say they “would leave it for now then and see what the technician wanted to do”I found this incredibly unprofessional.I will now be unable to complete treatment.I was lied to about the reasons and then received no willingness to accomodate me in any other way.They are fully aware of the special event and deadlines given the recovery period.I will not be rebooking, and as a result will be unable to find another treatment provider, and will be unable to continue, meaning the first appointment was simply a waste of my time and money.Will not be recommending, or returning. Whilst i’m sure this is no great loss to them as a retail business, I do hope someone heeds this warning and also steers clear.

Belconnen Clinic's staff is unresponsive to emails even when I have sent them my medical certificate and requested a refund at least 5 times. I was promised a refund by the nurse on the condition that I provide a medical certificate showing that I am unfit for the laser treatment because of the medication I am taking. I provided the certificate within days and have been following them up since last year for the refund. They rob you of your hard earned money so please be careful before booking any service with them. The staff is not even courteous enough to reply to your emails let alone issue a refund. Please book your services with other laser clinics in Canberra with better services, courteous staff, integrity and much cheaper price.

The reception staff are always rude but I am usually happy with my injector at Laser Clinics Belconnen. This time however, I waited over my appointment time for 45 minutes and when I was finally brought in, the injector rushed so fast that she didn’t even mark out the areas where my Botox was to be injected she just started jabbing my face without warning. I developed bruising in the days after that I don’t usually get when getting this treatment and it hasn’t worked as well as it usually does. This was an awful experience and I left feeling like there was absolutely no care in my service. I will NEVER use laser clinics for my injectable’s again.

Does not care about the amount we pay for the service. Did not get even rescheduled appointment. No other options given.Most of the time staff don't feel anything for the amount of money we pay for the treatment for most of the customers it is their salary which is hard earned money.On few representatives apologies.Some even don't understand what I speak and get me repeat everything what I sayMost of all "'' At the start of the call there is a tune to improve your experience we are recording this call. Very disappointed with the level of service I received today. The therapist was in rush and didn't treat me at the same frequency. I have been going to laser clinic Australia for the past 6.5 years and it was the worst experience I have ever had. No proper communication and the staff are not even trained to know about the system and how to check what is pre-paid and what to pay for. The first thing they need to teach the staff about customer service skills. Every time you go they have the same excuse about the staff shortage, why the owner is running the business when you don't have enough staff to look after your customers.
