It was my first actual stay in Wagga. The room was comfortable, and the room service breakfast was enjoyable. However we went to go for a swim & the pool was visibly dirty with bugs all through & green algae was growing in it. So we couldn't use it.Also, when I asked if they used the parents' vouchers, she laughed at me & said no!

Good size of the room, comfortable bedding, refurbished bathroom, providing everything we need. Even facing the main road it is still very quite as there is a window plus a sliding door to avoid the traffic noise.

Fantastic stay for my work trip in Wagga. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, they even have an electric blanket. The breakfast was also really convenient and well priced.Highly recommended.

Room was clean enough, reception polite and friendly.Do not book if you need a decent disabled room. They say it is, it is not There was a a step into the room another small step into the bathroom. Taps not suitable, shower space not suitable. A couple of rails does not a disable room make.

Extremely dishonest people. I had accomodation booked for long week for 11 kids on a tennis tournament. Tournaments was canceled, so I rang an canceled accomodation the week before we where due to arrive, to be told no problem. Then to find they have take $850 of my card unauthorised. I had made arrangements to pay cash, but was told I just need my card number to hold booking.People DO NOT GIVE THESE people your credit card number.

We stayed here a couple of months ago for NSW All Schools Touch tournament in 2022. The reception was very lovely she took care of us players and parents. The rooms were clean and tidy. The cleaners were friendly and helpful in keeping my room clean. It’s central to everything we needed and more.I definitely will recommend them as a friendly and helpful hotel to stay at.Look forward to the next Trip to Wagga Wagga in 2023! Thank you For having us in 2022.

Stayed in the family room, also used for people with disabilities.Good luck to anyone in a wheelchair or similar! The place definitely needs an urgent upgrade, understand the expense, however, such is the business. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the pillows flat and hard. Bathroom needs to be redone too. Many contracted construction people had checked in with no regard for the other guests, the elderly lady next door did not sleep either, the construction workers had the TV on full blast, horns being triggered through the night! Many motels are being used by contractors, just a heads up.The reception by the lady was lovely, but after a long drive, all we wanted was a comfortable nights rest, which did not happen, just disappointing when you spend a fair bit of money on a room, without any rest what so ever.

Have stayed many times over the years but its becoming abit dated. Time for a good deep clean, broken tiles, dirty marks on cuboards, sink, tables legs, chairs.Even took a blanket out of the cupboard and it has multiple strands of long dark hair on it!Multiple rooms needing reverse air conditioners repaired, yes, i know it takes time to get an electrician, a small oilfilled heater supplied but it was -2 overnight. On a positive note the breakfast yummy, staff friendly and its close to the Hospital.
