Visited couple of weeks ago on a Sunday. Gave me a 20% discount as a new client which was very generous! The lady who did my nails was nice and did a thorough job. I am new to the area and by far this place is the best one :)

Went in to try this new local nail place. And needless to say I am very impressed with their work. Went in for Acrylic refills and helped me choose the colour and did exactly what I wanted with length and shape. So clean not to mention offered me a bottle of water which is something you never get at other nail business I have been too. I would highly reccommend Designer Nails Reservoir. Great customer service and very friendly and accomodating. Give it a try to locals and surrounding areas

Got my nails done today sns with a design and am so happy with the outcome. They checked the shape I wanted took their time and the design was just what I wanted. Super friendly and even offered a bottle of water. Will continue to get my nails done here and so reasonably priced!!!! Amazing!!

Didn’t have the best experience. Went in yesterday for a mani pedi with my partner. The whole thing felt so rushed and no care was taken. The salon was messy and looked dirty. Our feet weren’t scrubbed properly. When it was time for my manicure the lady forgot and was about to paint my nails without cleaning my cuticles. When she did clean my cuticles they were rushed and still look like they need to be cleaned. My nails were painted far from the cuticle so they look like they’ve grown out but it’s only been one day. One of my nails was slightly chipped so she filled it way too much and now the pain is already chipped on it. There was also no after care for My manicure- no moisturiser or cuticle oil. The best part of my experience is the nail art looks cute. I understand it’s Christmas time and there are lots of appointments to get through but I’m still a paying customer. I Won’t be going back, not for the price I paid and the hope of a more pampered experience.

I go to Designer Nails regularly and am so satisfied every time !! The staff are very kind and listen to what you want to make sure you are happy with your nails. I always get my SNS nails and shellac toes done here and it lasts a very long time :)

Tiffany was great and the team were very helpful discussing colour and happy to do my requested design.Tiffany was very efficient! I would highly recommend this ladies for nails and will be going back!

I do not recommend this place. You can get more value for money else where and not to mention they tried to charge me for French tip on my toes that they only did with polish.. $55 for terrible manicure also… wow. Then we stood there and argued about the 20% off that was running via the Instagram page. I should have done it myself at home like I was going to. Eventually she gave me the 20% off but $44 for a half decent pedi and a terrible mani.. I have regrets.. the Mani was so bad.

It's a quiet nail salon, but I love it because I can come and have my nails done without waiting around. Ha is super efficient.
