Mexican Parma. Was overcooked. Poor salad. Hardly any jalapeños corn chips layered with toppings. Salami wasn’t hot.Linguine lacked seasoning and pasta undercookedService ok.

I'm a regular for around 3 years now so qualified to comment. The bar areas are pleasant, the staff are friendly. Great beer and wine selection too. All good so far. Problems start with the kitchen. Food is pub quality at good restaurant prices including in the dining room, so hardly good value. Portions vary wildly, the parma is huge while the barra (while very good) and chicken tikka servings are miniscule. The steaks vary too and are at the upper end of the price level. $20 steak nights at other pubs have tastier more tender fare. The salad sides could do with some attention at these prices. Three stars, that said it's an enjoyable place for a drink

This is the third time I have been to this place and it is absolutely amazing, food is the size to fit a king and don't get me started on their beautiful design drinks.Staff members are really lovely shouting out to Darcy and jack for serving us was amazing time.Will be back again

Hotel Brighton for a casual dinner tonight. The burrata salad would have been quite insubstantial had I not added calamari to it. The calamari was flavoursome but very pale when it should have been more golden. The garlic bread was yummy though really more of a cheese bread. Very family friendly which was a plus but perhaps quite raucous for those sans children

Was here tonight for a function upstairs, so didn't try the food just the Prosecco! However have been here in the past for a meal and even back in the day playing pool! After function went back downstairs and place very popular with footy players and associates. Note I don't follow football but I do watch the news. Hotel Brighton has a really nice dining area too.

We had a booking for lunch for a large group of people organised by very nice member of our club ( about 40 people). This place was a huge let down. We waited 2 hours plus for our meal and when it came it was well below average at inflated pricing. Very disappointed. Not coming back.

Go here quite often. Food doesn't disappoint. Service is always good. Great for a pub.
