Hello Simonds Homes Team,I'm already looked after a Sales consultant in Simonds display house Edgebrook the staffs there are very kind and helpful, today on 15-01-22 I went to Orana estate to have a look at Display house and asking doubts to the one of the sales consultant (women) who was very kind and explaining things.. Suddenly a person named JAMAL CHAHBI (New Home Executive) interrupted and asked us to leave the place and go to Edenbrook and talk. He was very harsh and treated us in a disrespectful manner. Me and my wife didn't even spoke a single word and just left the place. Is this the way Simonds Homes staffs asks to behave with the customers. Really had a terrible experience in my life. I kindly need some higher authority person to take necessary action against him and I need that person to apologise to me and my wife for his worst behaviour against us. I think this the shame happend to the reputation of Simonds homes because of this person. I need a apologise from your side for the shame happened to us. We have a trust and good hope on your organisation. Please take necessary action against him. ThanksRegards,Rahul
