Extremely happy with my order, the t-shirt fabric feels so nice. The material and the print quality are both perfect. On top of that, Pro Print Group was so generous and gave me a second T for free, as my order got delayed because of their warehouse move. I look forward to making more custom shirts with Pro Print's help.

I placed an order over 2 months ago, they take your money instantly but will not post your product or even let you know where it is. You can’t get in contact with them regards to your order as it goes through a 3rd party and they can’t give you any details about the company and they don’t respond to emails. Don’t make the same mistake like many other people have and stay away fromThis company. I’m not the first to write about this issue and I doubt I’ll be the last.

Placed an order in early November for 20 shirts that were to be used at a Christmas event. I called and emailed every day in the lead up to the event asking when or where they were. I did not get one call back or reply to an email. As of January 11, I still haven't received any communication. Very very poor service.

Ive been to a few printing shops to get some custom photography tshirts done, but was never really 100% happy with the quality. Decided to give Pro Print Group a try, what did i have to loose. WOW was I blown away. Quality was fantastic. Turn around was great, and the staff were super friendly. Defiantly be ordering through them in the future

Please be careful ordering off this company. My first order was small, fine, quick, good quality. My major order after 2.5 months i still do nothave my order. I can show atleast 8 emails where i have emailed and had no response. I have rang and left my phone messages with the person that answers the phone but cannot put you through to anyone cause they are all busy. I have had one person ring me back to tell me they can't get stock of certain stuff because of covid. Absolutely understand that, so i asked for certain stock to change to what they have in stock, this lady was helpful and was going to ring me back......that was 4 days ago.I have spent $3000 for no product.

I've been waiting for 2 months for my order. I have called the 1300 number countless times. It always diverts to a call centre who then just email the company. Even then, I have received no response. I have also tried emailing directly.
