I usually hate going to the butchers. But these guys are something else. I told them I had to cook my wife the best steak she's ever had. They happily carved up a scotch fillet into two thick cuts and they were perfection. Tonight is lamb shanks - guess where I'm going to buy them? Every single five star review is deserved.

I drive 45 minutes to this butcher (and would travel further) because of the friendly service and top quality products available. This is the best butcher shop around with the biggest range of low and slow cuts you will find in Melbourne!

Best Butcher in Melbourne ! Their range is amazing alot of great things like sausages and Cabana made on site and the best I have ever had. They also carry a large range of Low&slow meat selection like short ribs and briskets. cannot go past these guys IF they don't have it they will get it customer service is awesome Glens is always smiling and great to talk to and a great place to start if your getting into BBQ smoking & low & slow !

Now this place has the best selection of meat and chicken i have ever seen. I got myself a massive tomahawk steak which took around 1 hr or so to cook via reverse sear!! Tastiest home made cooking I have ever had! Also a really nice variety of gourmet sausages.The sausages are really tasty and come up well on a BBQ Thumbs up if you want to impress or after the best!

I highly recommend this amazing butcher.They’ve got amazing variety of cuts n meat.We love their Ribs & their Fillet Steak.Even the Beef cheeks is just amazing especially comparing it to another butcher I tried so guarantee you get high quality meats

Called today and then they gave me a loaf of sourdough bread from Highett for nothing. And this loaf smells sweet and looking forward to tomorrow lunch and bruschetta. Their meat also well butchered and fresh. Love Melbourne, THANK YOUXOX Char Char Char.
