What a great company to deal with.Purchased an 85” Television about 8 weeks ago and it took less than 48 hours for delivery from Melbourne to Adelaide.We are very happy with the quality of the television purchased and the smooth service provided.Would definitely recommend dealing with Rivercity House & Home Co.

I bought a bench and the photo looked great but when I received the package and inspected the bench I was shocked. Cheap and nasty is the best way I can describe the quality. The paint work was shoddy. The wood was of poor quality. Don’t waste your money. Half of it will be lost in transport costs to return it.

Zero after sale help. I have tried numerous calls and emails about replacing a couple of the bed slats, to no avail. Once they get your money, it appears that they no longer have any interest in you. Won't be ever shopping there again. Very poor.

I have purchased three times, all were great. Free and Fast delivery. Great pricing. Love their monthly promotion to cut further on the bill.

I ordered bed frame from Rivercity in Oct, it’s been 2 months now the 3rd part of the bed frame was left behind still not delivered. So I’ve been trying to get in contact with Rivercity via emails and Aramex to organise this. Rivercity has slow to no response to me, hard to get any updates on, they leave you hanging most of times, no reassurance of what to expect. They’ll only reply when they want to.I wanted to cancel my order with them afterwards because I found cheaper price for what I ordered in another shop. So Rivercity is very pricey**!! I had to compete for the price matching.They also have false advertisement on the bed frame that I bought saying it contains 2 packages* so when I received the bed frame with 2 packages back then I was ecstatic to open them - it turns out it’s incomplete because it actually has 3 packages!! which means because I opened them even if I want to return the order as per their policy I can no longer return it, so I am left with no option but to keep it and patiently wait for the 3rd part of the bed frame which until now I haven’t received.There was no notification where the parcel is or when it would be coming. When couriers would deliver on the day they don’t send ETA or whether what they should do if no one is at my unit. Australian post is so much better because they do all this and their ETA is accurate and they leave it as per instruction or if deemed not safe to leave the package they have post office for parcels to pick up from. It was hard to pass on any instructions to Rivercitys partnered courier - Aramex I have given multiple instructions to them to leave the parcel at the letter box if they do deliver it for the second time because I’m not home all the time I even called them prior but instructions were just ignored. So I had to decide by paying redirection fee to a friend’s family home address because when I redirected the parcel there for a bed mattress they received it after few days and left it at their entrance very late night.Before you buy you have to really consider this.Customer service: poor, you can only communicate via email. It will be up to them to reply to you on the day.Delivery: poor and long waiting.Pricey and false advertising can happen.Parcels do come in parts which is frustrating and takes long to come when lost in transit, much better to buy in near stores.

I paid for bed in full and now there trying to get all this extra information out of me ur sending bed to my house they are saying that it looks like a fraud but they got money I have said return money to no response not happy

I ordered a bed and mattress from Rivercity when I moved fromCanberra to Brisbane. It was a stress free experience. I’ve now even recommended Rivercity to friends as the quality and value for money was great. The communication and turn around from order to delivery was also before the ETA which was very welcome! All in all a very happy customer.
