Staff just do nothing than chitchat and let customers wait in line for ages before telling them to come through. Complete waste of everyone time and we’re trying to catch a flight

was flying from Melbourne to Honolulu on January 25th& the check bag lady which her name is Brie was rude & she made me take the weight from my bags three times & on top of that she didn't allowed me to take my snacks bag to the airplane. Brie discriminated me because of my skin color & because I'm an American. asked her for her name & to talk to her supervisor and she didn't provide me any of that. Also she threatened me by saying I will make sure someone at the gate will check your bag & she also accused me of lying. I emailed the CEO & executive & customer care complaining about her & investigate the case & they didn't respond to me yet. I'm planning suing the jet star airline for not trining their employees properly & for supporting Brie discrimination by not taking serious actions. On top of that the plane was dirty & unsafe with Covid going around. As you see , I video inside the plane & you can see the seat is dirty. If anyone wants to sue the jet star airline, let’s do it as the group please let me know.

The WORST customer service experience from @JetstarAirways. Our flight from Syd-Mel was at 7am and got cancelled at 2.45am! They rebooked us with @Qantas at 8.25am. On our arrival for check-in, the ticket said “seek assistance” from staff member.As seen on the picture, these ladies were as helpful as a rat’s shoe! She kept saying “there’s no flight at 8.25am”. I explained that my flight was rescheduled by @JetstarAirways for @Qantas but as entitled as these CS reps are, she declined to help.I have flown with @JetstarAirways so many times but from now, neither me nor my family will bw flying @JetstarAirways anymore. Thank you for your inconsiderate service.

Our 3.25pm flight was first delayed by 4 hours - with notice early that morning, which was fine as it gave us a chance to prepare. We received vouchers for dinner on arrival which helped to compensate. It was then delayed by a further hour, which was still acceptable. What was not acceptable was that we were told at the gate after our rescheduled departure time that our flight was unfortunately delayed until 2pm the following day. This was obviously met with resounding disappointment from the passengers - clearly upset to lose a day of their holidays or possibly connecting flights. We were then told to wait at the gate until Jetstar worked out how to file us all back through customs to collect our bags. I don't understand why we couldn't have been advised before check in time so that we could have avoided going through the departure process only to turn around and go home again, or why the announcer couldn't exercise common sympathy or general manners. What I find completely mind boggling is that the entire international flight worth of passengers was then sent back to check in with our collected bags, only to queue yet again to be served by one staff member and told individually what our compensation would be. In our case (and the case of most local passengers), the result of waiting for 45 minutes after already having waited at the airport for hours was being told to keep our taxi receipts for reimbursement. Why that couldn't have been clearly announced - perhaps multiple times to ensure those still coming from their second journey through customs could hear the message - is beyond me. We lost a day of our holiday and a night's accommodation with no compensation except for 2 taxi rides. Do better for your customers, Jetstar. After the customer service we experienced, we will honestly never use your airline again.

Our 10:50am flight was delayed by 24 hours with only 7 hours notice. Their reasoning it was operational". And what? They only knew about this at 3:30am and not prior. They didn't offer any compensation

Incredibly opaque baggage policies and lack of customer service. We paid more for baggage than our flight tickets due to their website error. Customer service was completely not helpful. Will not fly with them again.

Bought a meal before the flight, and in the flight they rejected to give it to me. After complaining, it's been almost 1 month ago and they keep asking me details of my flight to investigate" what happened. Minions working here."
