Russel has been the computer back-up for our family for over 15 years. He has managed our many upgrades of hardware and software, and has attended to all our computer problems. We have never had a problem that Russel was unable to fix.He has worked remotely or has come on site as the situation required.He is prompt and reliable. He is a good communicator, and is pleasant, and professional.With Russel on call, we have no IT worries in the family.
