Best in the business! Won’t trust anyone else ❤️ Sandra is the most amazing clinician I’ve ever seen! This clinic is the only place that has helped me with my skin concerns. I had a a lot of congestion and Sandra has really taken her time and looked after me thoroughly for the last few months I have visited her. I had bad breakouts during covid from the masks I was wearing. With a good skin regime Sandra put me on and monthly visits to her clinic it has only improved from here! Never felt more confident and secure in my skin than now!

I recently posted a one star google review on this page and since then have been personally attacked and publicly humiliated for sharing my opinion of this business. I had been seeing Sandra for around 4 months and going to get herbal peels and buying her products. I had personally seen great results and found she was very accomodating, I would message her all the time and ask for her advice on my acne. However a couple of weeks ago I reached out to Sandra and explained to her I had been breaking out again and asked her what I should do, I sent her photos and really wanted her advice. She replied back to me saying she can no longer treat me anymore as I am not getting results, and that she had seen people with worse skin who have gotten better results than me. Now I do value honesty, but that to me is someone who does not have the knowledge to advise me on what further steps to take. I have been struggling with acne for a year now and I understand I am not going to find an easy solution to it but for a 'professional' to simply refuse to serve me anymore is just plain rude and unprofessional and her language and messages towards me definitely supported this.Since then I have explained this frustrating and upsetting experience to my friends and family in which two of my friends decided to do a google review on this page as well as they too were disappointed in Sandra's unprofessional manner. Now this morning I woke up to see Sandra publicly naming and calling me out for my 'bullying'. She posted a screenshot of my google review on her instagram story calling me out saying I can not handle honesty and that my acne was far more deeper than the surface level. I was so upset and messaged her immediately explaining my frustration and embarrassment on this being shared to all of her followers. Acne is a serious subject and I don't want all of Sandra's followers to know of my acne journey. I had a right to share my opinion on your google page, that is what it is there for! And if you can not handle that honesty Sandra then you should not be running a business! I messaged her and asked nicely for her to take it down but I have yet to get a reply back. I have been getting requests all day from her friends and family to try and harass and bully me for speaking out on what I believe. This is such unprofessional behaviour and I have never experienced this level of bullying in my life and its appalling that it has come from you Sandra, someone who I used to trust dearly with my skin. So as much as I respect honesty as I too am an honest person, I do not respect rudeness and the inability to help someone who clearly wanted your help. I do also not respect bullying and publicly embarrassing someone on such a sensitive topic such as acne. When all I did was post a one star google review!So I have used this platform to defend myself and share to other potential customers how my journey with Sandra was. I could not be more disappointed. And all these other google reviews below are Sandra's family and friends who were told to leave these reviews after myself and my friends gave one star ratings, so I'm not sure how well I trust the validity of what these 'customers' have to say. So upsetting!

She cares for each and every person that enters her doors. She makes my skin glowy and clean every time I go there. She is the most genuine person I have ever met and will continue to support her business in any way.
