I booked my 14 year old blind poodle into this groomer. Upon informing him that my lovely old dog didn’t like his face being touched a lot, he immediately grabbed him on the snout which frightened the dog. He then told me that my dog needed sedating and a vet to clip him. I left.Same day, another groomer fitted him in and did a lovely job, and when I returned to pick my boy up, he was sitting on her lap!The second groomer told me she gets lots of complaints about this guy and the rough way he handles any dog that doesn’t stand still.He is rude, unprofessional and cruel in my opinion.

Took my German Shepherd here to get cleaned and groomed after her winter coat came in and couldn't be happier with Chris.My dog isn't good with groomers and vets after a bad experience with a vet but she had no dramas with Chris. He took her time with her! When I picked her up she was happy as and looked unbelievable!Defiantly well worth going and seeing them!

Cavoodle and cavalier worst experience for these pups who had always had a PROFESSIONAL groomer worst thing was recommendation came from caring vets Narrellan my experience disgraceful never again!

Great grooming quality , dedicated staff who love dogs .My dogs love the raw food and treats these guys provide . Highly recommend!

Came here for a nail clipping based on the positive reviews, but had a poor experience.My dog was clearly nervous and these people weren't very gentle or accommodating. The woman seemed to have an issue with foxy breed.They charged me double the amount (missed nails as well) and said they would charge less next time if she behaved better...Sorry, not going to be a next time with you.
