Cricket Club Hotel
I called to ask about the crepes on their menu as I had heard that they were very good. However, when calling up I was very rudely told that crepes are not available by themselves and that a main meal is needed. Straight after they hung up on me.Very poor customer service and will not come back anytime soon.

I live here for few weeks, working in GrainCorp.. located in the city, so you can access grocery, food store, chemist by walk.The room, food was good and the owner is kind..The only problem for me is hot water while taking the bath, it will take like a minute to heat it (maybe because old water heater machine), but it is working..Recommended..

Great customer service and amazing food! One of the highlights of our stay in Charlton is that we got to try the seafood basket at the Cricket Club Hotel and it didn't disappoint! It was a really delicious meal that we won't forget plus the staff are really accommodating. We hope to go back and try the other main course on their menu.

Sweet little, but spacious rural bistro. Service was polite, and the food delicious. However booking is recommended, as too not unexpectedly overwhelm the local staff

I only gave it 5 stars because I couldn't give it 10!! We were greeted by the owner as soon as we walked in. He was super pleasant and helpful with the menu. The chicken schnitzel was to die for, our compliments to the chef for such an amazing meal.The staff were friendly across the board. It's a basic pub with no gimmicks trying to coax you in. Just a good old fashioned pub with attentive staff. Call in if you are passing through town, you won't regret it.The photo is the mini pavlova on the dessert menu which was delicious!!!!

Dropped in to get a slab of beer after the poor service at the Supermarket. Owner very friendly, had a nice chat, a couple of refreshing beer and a slab for takeaway. Looking forward to going back during my stay in Charlton

Great old traditional Australian pub with a lovely barmaid. Recommend dropping in for a drink whether passing through or staying in Charlton.
