Great service. I was lucky enough to have 2 ladies working on my toes and fingers at the same time and they were lovely. Im very happy with the finish. Little on the expensive side but I always believe you get what you pay for.

Got a French shellac manicure today. Don’t think the result is the best I’ve had. But the staff is very friendly.

More expensive than the other nail salons at this shopping centre. Was quiet in there and that is probably the reason why. Not competitive enough. Did a nice job of SNS but probably wouldn't go back there as can get for nearly $12 cheaper around the corner.

Probably the worst sns experience I have ever had. I have been getting my nails done a long time and I never have any issues. Firstly, one of the nails broke before I even left the shopping centre and they fixed it for me without issue. After 3 days many of the nails were chipped and cracked. I haven’t bothered going back as I have already been once to get them fixed, but they’re just poor quality. Secondly, charging customers to shape the nail, into the same shape they were prior to the manicure is ludicrous. I’ve never seen this in a nail salon before. I will never return here. I was getting charged $35 in Melbourne for what they’re charging $65 for here. And they lasted. I wouldn’t mind paying the money for them if I knew I would have a flawless manicure for at least 10 days. I’ve had a better experience in the nail salon near woolies in casuarina

Took 2 hours to do just a shelac with French tip. Paid $60 for a service that wasn’t even appropriate for anyone, seemed like she was starting off and had no experience. Paint all over the base nails which were supposed to be a natural pink colour . When discussed with the nail tech she said she will fix but ended up trying to cover my nails with clear gel in hopes that the colour will disappear.

Generally happy with my sns nails even though super glue was everywhere underneath my nails. However, the place needs a renovation as the chairs are really old and worn out. Very crowded as the person behind you hits your chair with their chair. I wasn’t happy with the standard of cleanliness as a dirty hand towel was placed over my hands during the soaking stage plus things were not wiped down.
