Great first experience with service can’t fault the workmanship.Got a diagnosis of a leaking rocker cover seal. Emailed and rang numerous times for a cost to replace. Was told twice I’d get a call back within minutes. Got a price from the main dealers and will move my vehicles for service there.

2nd time I’ve used this mechanical service business, after my long term mechanic retired (Auto Service) no complaints so far, very friendly and communicate well, the on line video service report is new and a good idea, especially for those owners who are not mechanically inclined. Cheers!

Had my alternator fail on a Friday afternoon the day before heading away for Xmas school holidays, Had not been here before but after a few phone calls these guys were able to give honest advice, then source and install an new alternator by COB that day while no one else could help.Meant to leave a review earlier but thanks again guys for sorting this out for us. Will definitely be back.

For being about a week late in scheduling my Barina basic logbook service my dealer added $200 to the price. UltraTune Rockingham did the logbook service, complete with video talking through what they found at the normal price! Guys were all nice and informative. I would happily recommend them.

My experiences as follows;1. Wait for service 2 weeks. Busy shop.2. Efficient drop off.3. Good communication with video of service.4. Wasn't able to reset service reminder alert in car. Car continues to indicate I need a service - Haval Jolion Ultra.5. Pick up efficient.Overall good, but the service reminder is annoying.
