Beaumont Tiles Lewisham

We bought bathroom tiles and floor heating from this shop. The lady, who appeared to be the manager/owner was rude and unhelpful when we tried to obtain a refund for the floor heating as the type we were provided differed to the description on the sales receipt and so confused our tradesperson who was tasked with installing it. It was a small, light weight item and yet we were charged a 20% ($90) restocking fee. Buyer beware this shop will also charge a restocking fee even when the product has not yet been delivered.

Just got back from ordering tiles , vanity unit and taps etc from this amazing place. We were lucky to find Penny and she guided us through the showroom and was just amazing. SO helpful and so knowledgeable.

These guys are amazing. Very spot on with their product knowledge, great variety of tiles and they referred me their trades person and made my work load very less. Appreciate the help for our 3 bathrooms and outdoors. Would recommend anyone to this store. It's one of the biggest in Sydney and they go the extra mile to help you. Thanks again! Henry & Lysa.

Purchased tiles and bathroom appliances total of $6,000. On delivery of goods I noticed that I had received an additional 4 boxes of tiles that I had not ordered. In good faith I returned them. Did not check bathroom appliances delivered until several months later and realised that a pedestal was not delivered. Called them several times requesting to have the pedestal sent to me but they refused. They informed me that I had signed for the delivery and that I was responsible for the items. I tried to explain but they were not interested. I informed them that I had intended to purchase more bathroom appliances to renovate a second bathroom and laundry they did not care. I will never go back again very poor customer service. Don't waste your time .Victor Denina

Can't recommend Beaumont Tile Lewisham highly enough. From the first call to the final supply, the communication has always been a pleasant and honest; and Vik did such a great job transforming my small bathrooms with a design that gives it a very modern and spacious feel. I would easily recommend them, and have done so.This was my first time renovating bathroom. I had so many questions and did not know where to start. Vik tirelessly gave me much ideas and advice throughout the project. The knowledge, professionalism and reliability have made my renovation experience so much easier and less costly.From tile, mirror, vanity, tapware to shower and toilet, Beaumont was my final choice of everything for my new bathroom. My tiler compliments the high quality of my tiles by how durable they are with no crackings during installation as he would normally see. I am extremely happy with the products I have purchased. I can't wait to share my finishing product with you all!

I was lucky enough to meet Penny as I was heading out of the door overwhelmed by the huge range of tiles and my inability to visualise my future bathroom. It started with a single tile and she helped me to build up a vision. We ended up buying most of the taps sink etc from Beaumonts and there were times I deferred to her as she knew the stock and how the size of things fitted together. Our bathroom looks amazing. The rest of the house ....not so much. I can not recommend the service and speed to get things together even to the detail of ensuring an extra required box of tile required matched the original batch.

I have been purchasing tiles from Beaumont Tiles for my renovation projects over the past few years and have been satisfied with their product range and quality. Normally, I use a different store because my tradesman is from that area and can coordinate the delivery for me. However, this time my renovation has a Victorian style, so I visited the Lewisham store which has antique-style dot tiles and Victorian/Federation tiles on display that other Beaumont Tiles stores do not carry. Unfortunately, these tiles were not available online, and we had to contact the salesperson, Penny, to get a quote. Our initial interaction was fine. We received quotes for the dot tiles without their size. The timeline of dispatch was a bit longer than we anticipated, so we decided to source one colour from another store to get the tiling work started first and buy another colour from the Lewisham store that can come in a bit later, which fit nicely with our renovation timeline, we just needed to make sure that the size matches with each other so I explained my situation and checked with her on the size. We never received a quote for the Federation tiles, even though I provided the exact measurements after Penny's initial feedback that she needed exact measurements for the quote instead of a price per square meter.After following up through emails a few times without any response, I called Penny to see what was going on. Upon recognising me, she became extremely impatient, interrupted me when I tried to explain things, and kept insisting on her interpretation of my intentions. She claimed that I sought quotes from her all the time (in reality she only gave me one quote for the dot tiles) to compare with online prices and that my request for the tile sizes was unreasonable, among other things. She continued with an attitude that suggested, we are professional designers and architects and have no time for you." I remained silent and let her vent.Honestly

Unbelievable service. Jeet was incredibly accommodating for us throughout our somewhat large renovation. There were points in time when it was clear we ran out of particular tiles - Jeet was super responsive and went over and above to have extra tiles delivered.If I ever renovate again (hopefully not anytime soon) I'll be coming back here for sure.

Penny at Beaumont Tiles is clearly a very experienced designer who was able to create a look for our new bathroom and laundry room, over as many sessions as we needed to finalise the tile elements. She was great to work with, easy to make a time with, and I would highly recommend her service.
