ALL ROUND EXCELLENT SERVICE. I had Michael around to fit new locks on an older house. Michael arrived right on schedule and got straight to work. He was able to fit new locks to wonky and worn out doors, leaving a great finish. All doors seem like new again. Cut plenty of keys on the spot too and cleaned up after himself. Ran me over all his work before leaving. Very professional and great value. Will not hesitate to use again.

Nathan from Reservoir Locksmiths / Five Star did a great job. Very friendly, very committed to getting the job right (I thought I could maybe do a job like this myself, but watching him I realised I'm a fool). Nice extra touch like filing down our existing locks so they close better and extra-greasing a padlock we bought for outdoor use. Price seems right, but i didn't shop around. Would definitely use again/recommend.

Rang for call out charge and got an appointment first then the cost. Little pushy but I could always say no. However cost was reasonable for a home call out and appointment was quick.David came out at the time promised and fixed the problem as well as taking the time to advise me about the lock, the repair and what to consider if it breaks again. Very happy and would recommend to use them.
