I have lived here since 2017 and have had nothing but excellent things to say about the place. Carpark is secure, and I work a job where I have to be away for long periods and the building manager always looks after my place whilst I am gone. He has gone out of his way to support me and my partner while I have been away. He always takes my messages and calls and has been proactive in any security concerns we have identified. Overall I could not recommend this area enough!!!

We have owned and lived here for 7 years, it is 20 minutes walk from international Airport and 10 minutes from 3 train stations. M5, 2 minutes away for travel north or south, easy drive to all popular beaches.

I would disagree with Luis. This building manager" doesn't care about the safety of the building and the occupants at all. He doesn't care much if report about a possible issue

Modern, well maintained apartments. Just moved in and glad I did. Has NBN. Building manager helped me with minor issues.

I have lived in this complex in 3 different units, building management is fantastic, common areas always clean. Any issues are dealt with straight away. Facilities are great and always maintained.

Great place to live in. The buildings and common areas are kept tidy by the cleaners and everything is well maintained. The internal courtyard is great to sit in and relax with lots of greenery and native trees surrounding it.Management is very approachable and easy to deal with any requests.Good amount of transport options. 6 minutes walk to Arcnliffe Station, 7 minutes to Turrella Station and 12 minutes walk to Wolli Creek.Would recommend to anyone looking at staying here.

Building in decent shape, but the man managing the place behaves as if he owned the entire building. If you're planning on moving here, be prepared to deal with his rudeness. My partner and I will be moving as soon as our contract expires.

Apartment building around 8 years old now. Oldest in the area. Hard to get hold of building management when an issue arises. Car park is not secure.

I love living here. Building is very well maintained, everything working well. The building manger is very attentive to the building and residents. Highly recommend. This building is a great example of a well kept and maintaining building - probably the best in Arncliffe/Wolli area..
