We had a major renovation done by Neal and the Wycon team mid 2020 and we are thrilled and overwhelmed by the final result. Neal is an exceptionally high quality builder, who takes pride in his work and makes sure everything is completed to the highest possible standard. His initial quote was highly competitive and he is honest and straightforward in his charges and rates.It's hard to find a great builder on the GC and sometimes difficult to put your trust in someone you don't even know. It can be a big leap of faith. Neal at Wycom Homes is certainly a rare gem in a very crowded, risky field. Not only is he a craftsman, he's also a great communicator and always answered our queries or addressed any issues very quickly. He was alway on time! If there was going to be any delay due to bad weather or issues out of his control, he let us know straight away. Our project ran to plan and on time.Neal was receptive to our ideas and coordinated his team perfectly. Gwenda is wonderful too and was very prompt with invoices, our payment receipts and with all of the twists and turns of our variations etc. Everything went smoothly and the results are stunning. Neal from Wycom Homes was always very professional and thoughtful. We were unable to be at our house because of medical reasons. Neal project managed all the work done by other tradespeople as well as working on our house himself. The work was always completed to a very high standard. He sent us photos of what he found when carrying out the renovations and repairs so we could easily see what was necessary. We worked on a cost plus basis and found him always to be honest and helpful with suggestions to reduce costs where appropriate. We now have a home with quality workmanship that we can be proud of showing to our family and friends. We would highly recommend Neal to do any jobs - big or small as he is a true professional.

Neal and Lockie provided a high quality and strong customer service focus to our major renovation project. We appreciated their communication and talking us through each step of the project. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship was outstanding.

We endeavored on the crazy rollercoaster ride of a full reno including an upper floor addition to our home, amid the unpredictable Covid building boom. As first timers we tried to do our research however found out quite quickly it is an overwhelming and unpredictable journey at times. However, through all that not one builder or company came close to our first meeting with Neal.Neal and Wycon Homes instantly ticked all our boxes. Neal grasped immediately our vision, however more importantly he understood who we were and what we were trying to achieve for our family.Before, during and after our build Neal demonstrated impeccable management, attention to detail and brought a wealth of experience and concepts which not only enriched our vision, but provided us a home to raise our family in.
