The girls are fantastic you can tell they really care about the kids in their care. They’re easy to contact and give parents updates and pictures about their children all day. My son and I haven’t been with PELC long but he’s always smiling when I pick him up.

Anyone considering sending your child here, read this first!This daycare once had a great reputation with the previous center director and owner (between 2018 - 2021). From 2022 onwards staff began to turnover and the owner sold the centre, things started to go down hill, real quick.The centres current center director is known all around the industry for her lack of professionalism and care towards the kids and their families.The new owner doesn't care for the kids or their families well being, it's clear as day that he is only interested in lining his pockets.This is evident by not sourcing the right people to rectify issues, he attempts to fix them himself and I do say attempt cause the issues are never fixed.The smashed front window hasn't been replaced In monthsThe electrical lock has been put on the front door to stop chirldren from open the door but doesn't work and hasn't worked since being fitted well over 6 months ago.The front gate was falling off the hinges and wasn't touched for weeks until parents started raising their concerns.The daycare is heavily understaffed cause no one wants to work under the current centre director.Children have been seen by parents leaving an over occupied room, unoccupied and making their way all the way out to the front gate before another parent noticed and the children were ushered back to the room by staff.2 children were seen unsupervised by an educator in a room alone, at that point it was brought to the centre directors attention who seem to not be over fussed nor concerned with the seriousness of the matter.Your allowed in the centre of an afternoon to pick up your children but not in the morning, they make you and your family sit outside in the freezing cold waiting for them to answer the door to let you in. Some times not even acknowledging that the bell rings and have you waiting for over 10+ minutes.Child development is out the window here if you want your child to learn and grow this isn't the place. They barely watch your kid let allown teach them and encourage them to grow.The quality on their OWNA updates went to a poor level aswell after 2021. No one had anything positive to really say most of the time, children were clearly not engaging in the same level of activity, the staff would just take a photo of your child playing & deem that as sufficient.The daycare lacked any form of activities for the kids to do. They relied on the parents suggesting activities for the kids to forfill throughout the day, which showed the educators lack of experience.They even took a bunch of 3 year olds to an ANZAC memorial as a field trip" just because it was down the road and FREE.What 3 year old would enjoy an ANZAC memorial let alone know what it is?!Mind you this was the first field trip in 2 years.Staff turnover is extremely high here

My son recently joined PELC when I returned to work. At just 10 months old, I was very nervous about sending him to daycare. Jade and the carer’s have gone above and beyond my expectations to make me feel comfortable, and my son to feel cared for and safe. From the flexible and hands on orientation process, to the communication and care from the carers, our experience has been truly wonderful and I am so happy to come to work knowing my son is in such good hands and that he feels safe and happy too. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough.

I have number #3 here now and she is loving it, primary school teachers rave about this childcare centre and their amazing educational programs for good reason, my other 2 were more than ready for school. Our kids love this centre and you can see the staff really love the kids, the educators are great and communicate really well with us as well. Happy kids Happy life!

This is a fantastic centre! The staff are wonderful and treat all the children with so much love and care. The centre director, Vanessa, is fabulous and is great at communicating with parents. I would happily recommend this centre to anyone!Thank you PELC for your terrific service and support.

Penrith early learning centre is amazing. My son has attended for 4 years and has loved it! The staff are wonderful, warm and friendly and foster a fun, positive environment in which children thrive. They are more than happy to work with families to create the best environment for each childs needs and go out of their way to make sure each child feels safe, included and engaged in the days learning and activities. Can't recommend enough! The staff really do go above and beyond!

We have been a part of the PELC family for 4 years now and in that time we have only had positive experiences. I am confident and comfortable sending my girls to PELC knowing they will be not only be looked after but that they will learn so much and have fun each day.The curriculum is so well planned and executed. I’ve seen my children absolutely thrive in their knowledge and experiences, especially my eldest in your school readiness program.Above all, the strong communication that all the staff demonstrate and the relationships that you all have with the parents is outstanding. I am always kept up to date with anything going on in the centre and more importantly the detailed updates on my girls each day. Even throughout trying times with COVID restrictions on pickup and drop off you have always managed to maintain that communication and parental relationships.I don’t know how you do it, but keep it up. I am so grateful to have you and your team helping me to raise my girls.Thank you for everything you do.

We have been customers of PELC since last more than 4 years - our son has been practically raised here. All educators are very loving and caring and have evolved my son who is now in kindy into a loving and responsible little human.Our daughter who is under 2 goes here too and we could only trust PELC with her as we had absolute comfort and trust in them - she loves her time with the educators and her peers and is developing into a confident young toddler!Highly recommended!Regards,Bhakti Prabhudesai

PELC has been an absolute game changer for my family. After having a bad experience with a previous daycare, PELC have truly been our saviours! Our son with special needs actually enjoys going to this centre & is now receiving the care he needs. The staff are lovely & go above and beyond to assist as much as possible. I cannot recommend this centre enough. Wish we had of been going here from the beginning. Our newest edition will definitely be attending this centre when of age. Thank you all so much!
