Very easy to deal with company. Have purchased packaging supplies from here before to ship off an urgent order and the goods arrived the next day. Were very well priced as well. Will continue to deal with.

Had an order, ended up being split between three states, Two of the three parts arrived, Then after over a week, no delivery, no contact. i send an email. saying they will follow it up. They dont answer my concerns, they are just brushed off, I then get told i have to wait 24 hours for a response. Which now makes it monday until they deal with the issue. In the past they have been good, But this has put a bad taste in the air now. Sadly, a 1 start review is the only way to get the attention of the right people. If an order hasnt arrived by the due date, You think they would make contact, But as soon as the order is shipped, They dont seem to care, Its like its not there problem. If you want fast shipment, 50/50 as to weather you will get your order in a quick timeframe. Sadly. I think i might have to look elsewhere for my supplies for my business.
