The Team at Evolve are very inclusive, knowledgeable, genuine and realistic with their approach to whatever your goal might be. I have been with the studio 2 years and I learn’t how to have a positive relationship with weight loss, whilst maintaining a good balance with my social life and the foods I enjoy to eat. Evolve has a great community feel that you don’t necessarily get from a commercial gym and all the members are warm and friendly.

This health studio offers such a supportive and friendly environment. Not being a gym person in the past I have been very surprised that I have enjoyed my training sessions as well as attending classes. Best of all I have lost the weight I was aiming for with the motivation of my trainer Brandy. The studio offers all different classes which adds to your program if you want to attend. The owner is a very friendly and approachable guy and only to eager to help or answer any questions I might of had.Totally recommend this studio for new comers like myself or those looking for a new studio lifestyle

I have been to a lot of gyms over the years and I have to say that Evolve is by far the best . This is a gym that you never feel judged or feel intimidated. You always feel welcome by both trainers and the other clients who attend the gym. At evolve it’s all about having that life balance and not having to kill yourself in order to get results. Results are easily achieved through consistency , their fantastic training program and amazing support from the trainers. Until I joined Evolve I had never had a PT that actually payed attention to what I was doing . The trainers at Evolve make sure the right muscles are turned on with each and every exercise and that my form is correct . So incredibly glad I chose to join Evolve and have enjoyed every early PT session and class that I have attended.

You take a leap of faith when you commence training at a new gym. Thankfully I was able to read reviews, take recommendations and discover through social posts what Evolve Health Studio was all about.As soon as I met Luke and his Team I had a good feeling and knew I was in safe hands. Whilst they provide the right environment and support it really comes down to how much YOU want to make a positive change. They provided all the other elements, including an amazing community of people that help lift and inspire.I feel so comfortable at Evolve and the team genuinely cares about our progress. If you are on the fence and not sure about your next step, I encourage you try Evolve.

I have been training at Evolve since opening and have seen the business grow through Luke's determination, personal growth and hard work. The team of trainers are second to none with each taking the time to learn and development new skills to accommodate their clients.My trainer is in contact with me regularly, notices changes in my behaviour to keep me motivated, thank you Aris.At Evolve, the members are treated more like family, having built a small community that enjoys each others company, motivates and help each other to be the best they can be. My children (10 & 13) are also welcome to join in on the classes and are treated like any other members. I love that I can train with my children, teaching them the importance of a healthy mind body balance with the assistance of caring trainers.

Very happy with Luke and Aris from Evolve. They are an vast wealth of knowledge and their execution and customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for one on one expertise.

I joined three weeks ago and am a raving fan! Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly people and the workouts and health plans fit in with my lifestyle, if you’re after a place that helps with your goals and let’s you love life, then this is the place :-)
