The Sleep Shop

I was looking for a new bed and mattress for months i was so glad that i could not decide on which one i wonted, i drove passed the sleep shop dozens of times and decided to go and check it out. The best thing i ever did the customer service was impeccable, all Australian made great craftsmanship on the base and the mattress is the best one i have ever slept on. The price was very affordable for the quality i received i could not have been happier. No i am not a family member writing this review but i felt like i was a part of the family, for the way i was looked after, i have recommended the sleep shop to many people with high honours. If you wont great customer service with a quality product you know where to go.

Walked in to the show room not know what to expect but decided to try and buy local.From the minute I walked in I was made to feel at home. They were not pushy at all, but I was given the advise I was asking for with great knowledge shown in all the different beds available.They even gave free local delivery to two different addresses.The mattresses are excellent quality for a great price. Would certainly recommend this company to everyone

Disappointed with the initial product.Time will tell how it all turns out.We are going back to talk with owners.Went back and spoke with owners.Promises were made, nothing was a problem, NOTHING is exactly what happened. Do not trust these people.
