After having a mix up with my appointment, the manager patti went above and beyond to make my appointment a great experience. I had a classic facial with Martina and it was one of the best facials that I have had. I left the salon feeling very relaxed and with glowing skin. Keep up the good work!

I recently had a facial and led light treatment here and it was absolutely fantastic! My skin looks and feels amazing and the service was fantastic! The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere was so relaxing! I would highly recommend!

I booked for a gel polish removal and reapply. My nails were all filed wonky and jagged. The polish was applied unevenly and looked terrible. There was pooling of polish at the edges of some nails and other nails the polish didn’t reach the edges or ends. There was fluff and fuzz embedded in the polish. The top coat was bubbled.One nail had already begun to peel off less than one hour later. All nails had peeled off within 2 days.Unfortunately I didn’t notice the extent until I had already left the salon and the appointment had taken nearly 90 minutes. This was the worst nail job I have ever experienced.

I called yesterday morning for a last minute spray tan and the team were so accommodating to fit me in, I was really impressed with Ruby- her attention to detail (even though it was just a tan) and her professional manner were all top class. I’ve woken up with the most beautiful tan aswell. Being in the beauty industry myself I am extra critical I guess, but I couldn’t fault Rubys service. Thankyou

Ella Bache Eltham were extremely helpful and kind to me over the phone when I had previously been booked in at a different salon nearby that was a less than ideal experience. The staff at Ella Bache were able to chat with me about their services and even offered to fit me in last minute should I wish to book with them. I highly recommend them if you're wanting great service from the get go.

Ella Bache Eltham is definitely the best salon of all time. All the workers are so kind and friendly especially Chloe. Such great service from her and she is very good at what she does! Highly recommend this place
