These guys were very professional, did a great job with my Jeep service. Even when I forgot to tell them about my pending recall they fit me back in the very next day to carry it out. I usually like to add a 'devils advocate' comment to balance my reviews but honestly couldn't pick a negative to the experience. Will be back and would 100% recommend!

Dean Lamont, Sales Manager at Gerald Slaven Used Vehicles perpetuates the myth of poor customer service at Used Car Dealerships! I made an inquiry online through their dealership website requesting some information and asking for a callback on a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was for sale - all I received was an automated response email telling me my business was valued and a consultant would be in touch shortly. 2 DAYS LATER I AM STILL WAITING! It could be a long wait as I know they have sold the vehicle. What they have failed to realise is they could have sold me an alternative vehicle from their stock (new or used) but their lack of follow up to a sales lead has reinforced an image of incompetency and lack of marketing knowledge and professionalism - so much for Jeep Australia's improved commitment to customer service, I'm NOT in" and will be looking for a dealer who puts customer service at the fore front."

Pathetic service, No experienced staff and don't have all tools to diagnose issue. They cheat in repairVERY BAD EXPERIANCEDear 'Response from the Owner' , Your response makes me more frustrated, Issue is not with the GAS or Compressor clutch. that's a BIG LIE. I got confirmation from other repairers in writing.You guys charge me big money for laying. I never recommend anyone to buy Jeep and visit you guys for repair.

If I could I would give them a zero. They rip you off, are very rude to their customers and have no regard for your time or responsibilities. Then after all of that you take the car out just as bad (if not worse) as you brought it to them.I had a beautiful Jeep that I loved but thanks to their service I sold it and would never again buy a Jeep. As much as I love the car, I hate their customer service treatment and servicing.

Had to make a booking for a recall on my Jeep. I was transferred to 4 different departments before eventually making a booking with a very incompetent receptionist who kept asking the same and wrong questions. On checking in on the day another incompetent receptionist couldn't find my booking. (Same one?) I thought Jeep was trying to improve their perceived poor service?" Oh well...great car tho!"

I got SO BAD SERVICE from Gerald Slaven Jeep at Belconnen.I recommended other Jeep owners - seek the feedback from other customers for this business and then decide.Initially, I brought my car into the Gerald Slaven Jeep (car repair department) for a single issue; after FIVE TIMES in and out of their service center, my car got TWO NEW ISSUES coming up, and they said they did not do anything wrong with it. consequence? or human error?2nd Visit-They spent the whole day trying to install and program a faulty" sensor (they said they ordered overseas) and failed.3rd Visit--They spent another whole day diagnosing the sensor they installed last time

Checked out the Jeep Gladiator at Gerald Slaven Jeep and Adam couldn't have been more helpful. I'm not ready yet, but he really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and then showed me the car without being pushy. Looks good and can't wait until the end of the year when I can move forward.

We used gerald slaven because they're the only service centre on our side of town. We took the car in 3 times to have the passenger seat sensor looked at, their resolution was to turn it off because they couldn't figure it out. For another issue they sent a report back to Jeep and when we asked how long we should expect for an answer they gave us anywhere between 2 days and 2 weeks... useful!
