Was charged my meal along with someone else's, then was told to sort it out amongst ourselves. What kind of service is that?Not very friendly and will not be coming back here again.

Stale bread, no polite greeting, barely any fillings, felt like I was annoying the team member when I asked for a little more fillings to cover the actual sub. No cookies available. Then asked to do a random survey on a cookie wrapper and to write down my email. This used to be good, now its horrid.

The store opens at 8 and I placed an order, the driver got to the store and it was almost 9 am and the store was empty and lockedEdit: tried ordering again but they messed up my entire order and suddenly on DoorDash the store went down. When I tried calling in they initially hung up on me, and then they picked up but nobody on the other end was replying. I then realised that on the DoorDash app it suddenly said subway was too far away to deliver and that’s why it went down. I input my neighbours address who is just across the street and it said they could deliver. I don’t know how the system works but I think they must’ve put something through to not deliver to me. I’m extremely frustrated with this because I tried to call in and I don’t know if the phone is broken or if they were purposefully ignoring me. But genuinely really really bad service, I don’t know if they refused to deliver to my address because they knew I would complain and DoorDash would try to get the correct order, but it’s just suspicious to me.I’ve been to a lot of subway stores and this one by far has the worst service.

Disappointed with the service.The staff isn't well trained and lack of products knowledge.I have an online order and I went to the store to pick it up, the lady who came out from the storeroom said oh, I will prepare your subway now. The main purpose of ordering online is to make it convenient for the customer and I don't want to spend unnecessary time waiting in the queue. They obviously don't bother and make you wait.Veggies Delite with Avo, but there is no Avocado in my subway. When I asked them, they referred back to the order sheet, they have no idea why I asked for avocado.Poor service. Last they added the leftover avocado from the salad counter that does not even meet two teaspoon sizes of an avocado. Also, the staff had no intention to refill the avocado.The Subway feedback seems useless to me. No one takes action since I provided the feedback.

Quite possibly the worst Subway I've had. It isn't unreasonable to expect them to know how to make a sandwich or wrap but the sandwich looks like it's been in the bin, the sauces went to the bottom and the salad in it was just chucked in there. 3rd strike, you're out

The salad bar looked a bit dirty & germy. The water container in the salad bar, used to clean the utensils was filthy. It was only 11.30am. I thought it was from the day before.I can't go back.

Ordered chicken bacon ranch melt wrap with salad through the app.Received wholemeal sub with bacon and salad. No comment was made when picking up that they were out of what was ordered would we like a substitute… pretty poor effort on their part

Bread was stale. Pretty poor for a place that bakes their own bread. I guess they didn’t want to lose money on throwing old bread away. Instead happy to lose customers for serving old, stale rock hard bread. Disgusting!

Had the worst subway. The girl didn’t cut right around the ends so she stuffed the salad and meat into a small slit in the footlong. Because she was cramming in to a small slit rather than an open roll I only got about 80% of a normal sub. They didn’t pre heat the meat prior to toasting. Service was poor, couldn’t wait to get out of there. I won’t be going back.
