I used to love David Jones. Only place to shop but now it is so difficult to get customer service which was what they were renowned for. Went to 3 register stations before we found someone to pay for our purchases. Very disappointing.

Today I had the pleasure of purchasing Dior perfume from the lady who worked at Dior in your store. She was so lovely, so genuine, and helped me purchase the perfect Christmas present for my mum. I wish I knew her name. She was so kind, she wrapped my purchase, and was super helpful. Shopping around this time can be daunting specially when no one makes the effort to great you or just be nice. I will definitely return for future purchases.

Trini Lopez provided excellent customer for me today.I was going to buy a belt, but Trini suggested I try it on properly before purchasing. Lucky he did. It wasn’t quite the right size. Trini suggested another belt and helped me pick it out.5 stars for customer service.

Really disappointing customer service. Got sent to three different counters to try and purchase one item. First counter apparently the staff member could only help us if we were purchasing a Calvin Klein product - what??? All 3 staff members we approached were rude and dismissive, went to Myer in the end.

I had 4 items to return and I also wanted to purchase something online that had a glitch and I couldn't do it myself. The ladies helping me were really helpful. One was in training and I loved how patient and respectful was the other lady towards her.

Obviously a beautiful store, clean and smells nice. But man, the ladies working in the makeup/perfume department are such grumps. I mean, I'm probably not the high end Chanel draped supermodel they're wanting in there, but I've got money, so don't have to be snooty at me.

I was looking for a pair of men’s slacks at DJ’s Chermside, fortunately was served by consulting staff member ‘Belinda’ who was an absolute professional in her service, knowledge, advice and humour.I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and will shortly replace my suit, I definitely will seek out Belinda again for her advice and knowledge again, and I know my credit card will suffer.Belinda works in the Anthony Squire’s men’s department and is absolute asset.
