Lovely staff and doctors, all very efficient. Very happy with the service provided by this practice. Will be back next time I need to see a doctor!Edit: Have now seen several doctors and nursing staff at this practice, they have all been lovely and I have really appreciated the high level of care provided to me. Highly recommend.

Very disappointment in my first visit to this surgery. My regular doctor shifted so I thought I’d give this surgery a try. The doctor I saw at this surgery asked me why, when I had a lot of complex issues, that I chose her as she was only there part time. I didn’t know that. On arrival at the surgery I was the only patient in the surgery but I had to wait over an hour to see Dr Low as reception had forgotten I was there. Seriously. The doctor was furious that I had held her up and had booked a short visit even though when I rang I told reception I was a new patient. So this was my fault? Dr was impatient, frustrated and I felt really unwelcome, so much for being sick these days. Not impressed.

Was booked for 9am, at 9:20 I saw the doctor arrive in the car park. Reception neglected to tell me that my doctor wasn’t even at work yet. Second occasion, waited for a different doctor for 50 minutes and still wasn’t called. No sense or urgency and no empathy from reception after waiting with a 1 year old all that time. Won’t be going back.In response to the practice; there is no point calling you to discuss, I’ll only be met with attitude and be spoken down to as usual. My baby ended up in emergency after not being seen there and is being treated for a severe ear infection (that was supposed to have been treated TWICE by your doctors already) and has RSV with high risk of pneumonia as he wasn’t seen sooner ie. when we were booked in.As a dental practice manager myself, I’m disgusted. Get your priorities sorted and attitude fixed.

Have been with Darlington from when it open and have had nothing but a good experience there. The doctor’s i have made me feelListen and that my kids are well looked after as well. Highly recommended

Both my partner and I have been seeing Dr Jag Singh for a few months now and we are very happy with his care. He listens to our concerns and is empathetic. He is very approachable and always professional. We definitely recommend him!Appointments are easy to get for the clinic but yes there is a bit of waiting most times which honestly is expected these days in most clinics. Happy overall.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Service at this clinic is appalling, trying to get hold of someone for an hour and half and keep getting put on hold just to be hung up on. Book Telehealth appointments that you never receive yet I’m sure they’re still racking up their bulk billing payments from Medicare. Not to mention my first visit here, I had 3 appointments booked which kept getting cancelled by the doctor for numerous different reasons it took 3 weeks to get an appointment time that stuck to be able to get in and see the doctor. Every appointment wait about 2 hours after your appointment time to get to see the doctor (make sure your entire day is free or you’ll be missing any other appointments you may have for the day) absolutely will not be returning to this clinic, worst doctors I’ve ever attended.
