These guys are fantastic. We were in Rainbow last week and need a rear door latch replaced, they overnighted the part for us and had the new one fitted in a short space of time, really helpful and awesome service!

I cannot complain about the service, help when we needed it and very helpful organising temporary accommodation for my friend, but was disappointed when we found photos on your Facebook page which then where commented on by many. Our misfortune became public ridicule. You have no idea of people's circumstances and the situation. You unfortunately turned a stressful situation into something quite worse. You obviously want to promote your business but not at the cost of your customer. The whole situation left a sour taste in my mouth after the fact that you where so helpful at the time. I hope you review your social media policy for the future.

Great, friendly service from Sean and Darren which continued after hours on Christmas Eve. This company delivered a great service where RACQ Ultimate care failed to do so. Would recommend them to anyone. Merry Christmas guys.

If you want to be ripped off and lied to about towing costs then use this company. They will say verbally how much it costs to tow to Brisbane, then take more money out of your account without permission.

In all my years driving and travelling around Australia, I have never had someone turn a bad experience into a great one as well as these wonderful people. They picked up our car up in the middle of fraser island, repaired it and dropped it back next day. Both the truck drivers were friendly and made us feel like it was not just a job to them. Dave and his wonderful partner made us feel at ease at all steps of the way. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Lovely people to deal with and a surprisingly good rate to fix the issue. If you’re ever in a sticky situation on Fraser these guys need to be your first call. Rachael and Jamie were life savers for us and were so professional and kind in a time where we were very desperate. So incredibly thankful to have them on the island. Their knowledge and expertise of the island was invaluable and they were so incredibly kind.

The team was awesome in a pretty stressful situation. They looked after my car well and had it fixed. It took longer than expected to get it back, but they were awesome and it was not their fault (Damn land rover parts are hard to find). Got me and my camper off the Island, which was a huge relief.

When vehicle broke down on Fraser Island I contacted them for advice to get vehicle off island for repairs .They quickly arranged a pick up for vehicle and had off island and to a garage in a couple of days . A fair quote was given to remove vehicle and return when fixed . Everything went smooth and they were always very professional to deal with . At my request they also had the vehicle filled with fuel before returning and only charged for the fuel. Great service from a reliable and trusted company . Thanks again for help .

I don’t know the man’s name but whoever saved us Sunday night we almost lost our rig. We owe you a beer. We got bogged heading to DI, the sun was going down and the water was coming up, we were thinking we’d be added to the wall of shame. He saved us we love him. 11/10.
