Very pricey, take too long and my colour was nothing like I was charged and requested. Even when I questioned at payment. Not blended and unless I stand direct under sunlight, you cannot even see the dodgy highlights. Which Wayne also classed as balayage. The only thing that was ok was the haircut. Would not go there again.

Totally Incompetent. Asked for ash blonde hair, my regrowth was dyed orange. My scalp was burnt. The woman who did it did not apologise and was smiling. Was told my medication was responsible, my scalp was sensitive, my hair is different and that is supposed to happen. EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK!Came back to get it fixed. Sat there with a toner. Got it washed and blow-dried again and it was exactly the same. They all said how nice and better it looked (MORE TRICKS).Was told if I wanted it fixed that I would have to come back again AND PAY FOR IT MYSELF! Was told I need foils to fix it. I asked why didn't they do foils that time. IGNORED. NO APOLOGY.When I complained about the woman who ruined my hair, I was ignored. No apologies, just excuses, no refund.

I had my hair coloured by Wayne today and the whole experience and result was an absolute delight! I received exactly the colour I was after and the best hair wash I've ever had! Will definitely be returning, Wayne had me laughing the whole time! Thank you so much!

Helena and Wayne are quality cutters. Helena is great with childrens hair.

Always provided a professional hair cut. A good option in Ivanhoe for men's cuts. Will also offer tea or coffee.Price is quite reasonable for men's cuts but is medium cost for women's cuts.
