Damaged our goods and missing item that took them 2 weeks to track without any updates. Our move was from perth to Sydney and the whole point of hiring them was so that these few big items would come to us undamaged. The money they paid won't even cover the damage let alone buy the same thing second hand. Our tv arrived broken, for which we paid extra for its box by grace removalists. When it arrived it looked like they had dropped it as the whole bottom part of tv was cracked and it wasn't even in the box!!! Our samsung 2 door Fridge had its vent broken at the back and when they brought it in they also hit it on the doorway and acted like nothing happened but they scratched the sides in the process. Our other boxes looked totally crushed even with the fragile stickers on them were stacked at the bottom without any care. Last thing my big suitcase got lost in the move. They had no idea where it was. We had to ring them daily to get updates but they would simply tell us they will call back the next day with an update but they never ring back. The whole process wasted so much of our time. In the end it turned out tht the bag was still sitting in Perth and never got sent to Sydney and we had to wait another week for it to get to us. So anyone looking to hire these guy's be ready for this to happen.

Grace removals were extremely helpful in making my move as easy as possible. They provided me with boxes, tape and wrapping paper prior to the pick up. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the price, that being said they were kind enough to offer me a discount which did aid in my circumstances. I would definitely use them again and I’d highly recommend others use them for their next move.

Worst removal experience - broke marble dining table then refused to pay proper compensationI engage them to move some very expensive furniture including marble and art works- they promised they were experts and they would arrange crates and specialist art removalists - they completely failed - no special crates turned up - art specialist were simply young kids with no experience - they then broke my marble table worth $4500 then stuffed me around and would not pay proper compensation for weeks - don’t ever risk a move with this company they will completely screw it up and management will stuff you around simply to screw you over

Matthew Middleton of Grace Removals in Unanderra NSW quoted with insurance to move us to Cairns. Our household contents insurance would have been sufficient to cover us, but we took the Grace Insurance option at additional cost, under the recomendation of Matthew Middleton. The goods arrived but were damaged. Getting them to actually compensate us reasonably is impossible. I wouldnt use these people again, given the damage was largely as a result of how they packed the items in the container. Use another removalist.

Recently we moved to the Gold Coast from Southern NSW.Grace removals were fantastic! They packed everything so well and took so much care of even the smallest item!They came on time and worked proficiently so that the move was right on schedule!They were such a lovely bunch of guys at both ends of the move and it was such a pleasure to do business with Grace as it took all the stress out of moving for us!We highly recommend Grace removals and will definitely use them again should we move in the forceable future!Thank you so much for all your help Grace!

A while back we used Grace to move 1300 kms from Maleny, QLD north of Brisbane to Bowral. They were really excellent. Even to the point where a Carpet snake python had hitched a ride in the van!! Couldn't wish for better service and co-operation. Thoroughly recommended.

Moving house is always a stressful and difficult process. Having Grace removals upload our furniture, store and recently delivered to our new house, we couldn’t fault them. Both the uplift and delivery teams that dealt with our furniture were courteous and friendly. They demonstrated respect while packing our belongings while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Our move went really well. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. The guys turned up on time and completed the packing and moved everything without any problems at all, even though there were a couple of last minute additions to the items being moved.Thanks to all those involvedWould highly recommend Grace removals.

Where do I begin with this?I'll start with the positives. The guys that physically move the boxes onto and off the trucks at either end did a pretty soild job.Albeit from some breakages and incorrectly putting furniture items together incorrectly.Now for the bad...Overall we found Grace removals to be disorganised and their customer service actively belligerent.We paid $6000+ for a complete packing, unpacking and transport service from Sydney to Brisbane. Which also included moving a motorcyle, a car and two cats (JetPets).The car, the bike and cats went well. Although Grace were supposed to organise this all for us, we found ourselves making multiple phone calls to the individual companies micro-manage this ourselelves.We did push our moving date back by a week, but still Grace were useless at communicating this to the vehicle and pet transport companies who continued to work off the old dates and called us up for collection. We had to change the dates with these companies ourselves.Grace kept responding to correspondance by mentioning a Perth address, which was alarming as this happened a number of times.DAY OF PACKING...The two people who came to pack our boxes ahead of the main removals team initiated converstaion by moaning they had been booked to do two packings that day, so had to be quick. They were also not aware of the belongings in the garage which we specifically factoreed during the quoting process.About half-way through they left us to pack our own tv because we had a box for it, as the lady put it she was no good at that kind of stuff". This was followed by her leaving to go for a 20 minute smoko break.The main removals team arrived and shortly after the two members of the the packing left - leaving some stuff unpacked which the removals team then had to chuck into random boxes and pieces of furniture.When they left there were multiple marks left in the hallway of the block of apartments which the Strata organisation were not happy with.When we contacted Grace about this issue
