Charged me $75 through Uber Eats, waited an hour then when the driver was supposed to be outside they cancelled it. Why accept orders and people's money when you can't fill it? So people are supposed to wait 1-3 business days for their money to be returned and they can't reorder because the digital payment can't be voided immediately. Good one.

This place shouldn’t be allowed to call itself a red rooster, the service if discraceful. There is no sense of urgency from the under trained and unprofessional staff which I have seen eating on multiple occasions whilst packing orders. Managers feel free to contact me.

The young Lady at the drive through working round 2pm Saturday does not deserve a job at all. Very rude and dropped my cash and told me to have fun getting it. Would never pay for a meal again if I see her in the drive through I’d rather go elsewhere

Management at this store need to up their game. 6 times in a row they miss things from our order. My guess is staff are not properly trained to know their own menu. We go here because it's convenient but from now on we will take the extra drive to go to other locations because of the constant stuff ups.

Disgusting experience, chicken was stone cold, waited 34 minutes in the car park after going through drive through and they forgot an entire meal from the order. When I asked for the remainder of my order (I had the receipt) I was told that I hadn't paid for it (I had, according to the receipt in my hand) and I had to either pay the difference again or miss out on the food entirely. After 5 minutes of arguing they eventually admitted their fault and gave me the rest" of my order also stone cold
