We recently stayed in Orange and on arrival at our AirBnB found a possum had taken up residence. The owners of the house didn’t respond to attempts to contact them but thankfully the house is managed by Pete at Book Regional. Pete went above, above and beyond to find us emergency accommodation as it was evening and then found us a new property to move into for the rest of our stay. He is a champion of customer service and lovely to boot. Thanks Pete!
