Primo Smash Repairs

My Mitsubishi lancer has only done 135,000 km and is in great condition mechanically, but the paintwork was flaking off- in a stiff breeze or if I drove on the freeway you could see big flakes flying off. It was starting to rust. Obviously a bad job by Mitsubishi, but they wouldn't come to the party with a repaint. A friend recommended Primo, so while I was away on holidays I left my car with Bill and his team at Primo. Came home to a new car! It looks fantastic. The paintwork is beautiful, headlights polished, and the interior of the car cleaned, even the dials and speedo are clean and shiny. Bill gave me a great price, which made it worthwhile doing.

Do not recommend taking your car here! After being told it was going to take 1 week, it took 3 weeks with me sending my car back 6 times!! Finger prints on the paint, the panels didn’t like up, they painted my black rims white as when they sprayed my car they didn’t remove the rear bumper nor did they cover the rims and had so many more issues. On the quote it said remove and replace bumper, when I asked them if it was a new bumper they said yes. However, they didn’t know that on the second day of them having my car I drove past and took photos and it had clearly been repaired. They lie, quality or work is poor, and not professional at all. So many other car repair places in Osborne Park, don’t waste your money and time on this place- go elsewhere!

Excellent value for money. I had 3 rust repairs done on my 4x4 vehicle by Primo and the service was very friendly after receiving the cheapest quote by far. The work was done very well though, both structurally and aesthetically, so I'm happy to recommend them. When I picked up the car, I was shown photos of the work done without me asking. The work was done a month ago, and it still looks excellent.

Great customer service from bill and their boys, done an amazing restoration job on my car, done professional job with satisfactory looked after my car and cleaned at the time of pick up. If you like waiting and if you like being given vague times and price for the service please visit this place. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. The owner talks like he’s doing you a favor when you’re a paying customer. The old man the so-called owner talks down and literally scolds you and humiliates you like it’s his right to. Never ever going to come to this place. God save you if you land up having to come here for your car service.

I have been dealing with Primo Smash Repairs for over 15 years. During this period I have found the work provided by Bill and his team to be of utmost quality. His professionalism is beyond repute.The work and service they provide is exceptional.I have recommended his service to all my family and friends and they also have found him great to deal with. On occasions he has provided a courtesy vehicle when we have needed one.He has managed both my business and private work. Just last week, we collected a business vehicle that he had completed for us and it was first class. This is the second time I have taken my car to Primo Smash Repairs and the work done has been nothing short of fantastic!I don't know a lot about cars so Bill was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done immediately versus what could wait to be fixed so that it wasn't too expensive for me in one hit.Sebastian made sure I wasn't inconvenienced and that I had a vehicle I could use while mine was in the workshop.I'd happily recommend Primo Smash repairs to all of my friends and family.Thank you Bill and Sebastian for making what could have been a huge headache so easy and simple for me!!!
