I have used reflex for many years. My old car needed lots of attention. Fair with pricing, friendly service, helped me when stuck on side of road. They have always given me extra help. Dropped me off to local supermarket when I didn’t have a loan car.Recently I needed an old roadworthy certificate from 2020. They didn’t say it’s too old, it’s been archived. They spent a whole day looking for it just to help me out.Many times they have thrown little jobs in at no costs.Great family business. Support local

I have been using Reflex for a long time now and I have always been extremely happy with the service I receive from the team. They always take things a step further and always give me a very detailed report on my car and put together plans for when I need to fix things so nothing is a surprise. Reflex is definitely extremely busy and with the quality of work that’s understandable. If you can plan your services and getting things fixed in advance your car will be in great hands. It’s so hard to find a good mechanic and I am happy yo say I have used them for over 10 years and have always been extremely happy with my service.

Very VERY poor service. Took my motor there for a rebore and to check the crank. Took them 5 weeks to give me a “quote” and after giving me the quote told me I had to give a deposit 5 weeks later without even attempting to get into contact with me. They did not even touch the motor. THEN i decided to go and pick my my motor because it was taking WAY too long to get any answers and had the decency to charge me a $90 bill on what I knew what was needed to be done on my motor. Do not recommend this place anyone

careful about pricing here, verbal (seems fair) vs actual quote of works (way over the price quoted at other shops) is a big difference (~$700 difference), due to hidden inspection fee's and ambiguous quotations (not itemised) which leaves you feeling f*#ed over.Also the machine work is subpar

Complete rip off. After having my car for 6 days longer than agreed,I was charged $500 for a roadworthy report.Was informed that because they did a code scan, that's where the extra money wentRubbish, I have a code scanner too. I know it takes about 20 seconds in total to scan a car. Will NEVER go back to this place.
