Very poor service, took the whipper snipper there 41 days ago, called today, not ready yet! Picked it up unrepaired. Won't go there in future for sure.

Would not go there in the future. Took my mover two months ago for repair. Charged me $170. Tried using the mover yesterday for the first time, pulled on the cord and was the same problem I took it there 2 months ago. Called up, explained and took it in yesterday. The guy there didn't seem to know what was going on. So in a nut shell you charged me $170 to change all these parts but not fix the actual issue!!!!.

I went to Prompt Mower Service Rouse Hill in March 2023 to buy a Stihl battery garden pruner. I was told that it would need to be ordered in. The girl at the desk took all my details and told me it would be no more than 4 weeks. Two months later after not hearing back from them I drove to a competitor dealer in Castle Hill, ordered one in and received it 2 weeks later. I have purchased many items from Prompt Mower Service before all of which were in stock. This is the first time I had to place an order with them. If you cannot contact your return customers and look after them, best of luck in business. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

I’ve had my 4 stroke Victa lawn mower serviced here twice. Fair price and good service. I recently had a two day turn around for a full service and repair to the handle.

The job was bad for replacing cracked plastic tubes to the oil container for my trimmer. After the repair I started to use it for less than 10 mins, it stopped working it looks to me the new tubes were not connected properly as a lot of oil leaking from there.I don't like the response to customer he didn't even have a look but promptly said it was issue of your oil mix and other reasons that I don't agree.I would never go to repair there again. Great service from Riley and Daniel. They told me 2 weeks wait for repair but then I get a phone call from Riley saying it’s ready for pick up. Machine was repaired in 4 hours . Great Price. The shop looks very organised too.Highly recommend if you want great service.I will be backAaron

Extremely happy with service I received from both Daniel & Riley. My generator was serviced in a faster time than expected and at better price that was estimated. The shop itself was presented well, very clean and everything in order. Will be using again and highly recommend.
