I was so impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Dan from Southern Cross. He went out of his way to find a suitable solution for my unusually specific requirements for equipment cord, and communicated with me in a timely, friendly and comprehensive manner. Absolute Load of rubbish after rushing in to meet Dan so he could take a flight and leave early i met him to swap over a harness that was sold as rope access but was unsuitable, he politely swapped over and gave me a harness that I later found out was the wrong size upon finding this out and letting him know its been totally unused, he has refused to take the item back or swap it refusing to even look at it. Overpriced, unfriendly, No knowledge of products and made up policies to support mistakes they make. what more can i say set me back two weeks and 3 visits to the store to get a harness I cant use.

Fantastic service, Dan was very helpful and professional and he accommodated our unusual request. Highly recommended!
