We were apprehensive leaving our puppies in a luxury villa for the first time. We needed not to worry they had a great time and looked happy on collection. Staff love the dogs and took great care of them. I loved the photo updates to keep us posted on the daily activities.

Highly recommend Kip Adelaide Hills! Our highly energetic pup has come back from her Easter stay happy and exhausted! Pick up and drop off service is well worth the reasonable cost, we got photo updates daily (big goofy happy grins all round!) and felt very happy with our decision to leave her in the Kip staff’s capable hands!! We will definitely use their services again, and have already recommended them to friends!

Excellent program. Initially nervous leaving my (delicate) greyhound in a kennel for the first time, but I quickly felt reassured as I received updates every single day (and looked forward to them). He spent lots of time outside his room socialising as well as just relaxing with other dogs and staff. I took up the option for him to be taken on regular walks which was great too. The whole team were lovely & responsive towards any questions during his stay. So glad I found them, will definitely book again. Sarah

Our dog is a bit older and hasn’t done too well in the past while we have gone away. This past short stay at Kip when we picked him up our pup was smiling, calm and wasn’t running up to us eager to leave. Says everything about the care these guys give your dogs here while your away. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use them again.

The team at Kip did the most amazing job taking care of my elderly dog. They are dog lovers themselves so they have a great understanding of the animal and also the needs of the dog owner. My old dog returned home nice and relaxed and I am so grateful to have found a place where he can be cared for properly, giving my family and I peace of mind while we are away. Thanks Kip!

I can definitely recommend Kip Adelaide Hills to professionally care and exercise your loved pets if needed. Rachel is fantastic to communicate with. Her genuine love for animals is evident. Rachel and staff have taken wonderful care of my dog twice and now kitten. The daily photo updates were reassuring, as a week is the longest time we have been apart.My dog had the best time! Making lots of new dog friends and always looked happy and content. Even during a hot week, with water play provided.My kitten also got interaction with the staff and I could tell she was not being ignored.J and B will be back!

Our beautiful baby boy had his first stay at a boarding kennel and my gosh the best thing we have ever done. The girls at Kip were amazing, photo updates so we could see our boy having a blast.Beautiful area, plenty of space and you certainly know they are going to be loved whilst you are away on holidays.Highly recommend Kip to anyone who is unsure on boarding kennels or looking for a great place to leave their fur babies. Peace of mind for first time parents leaving their pets in care.

We were very happy to leave our dog at Kip Adelaide Hills for the week. The facilities are clean and very comfortable. We loved receiving photos of our dog each day, showing him to be happy and healthy playing with other dogs. The option to bring your food and bedding, is great for dogs with specific needs. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, and communication was fast and easy. I would happily recommend Kip Adelaide Hills to anyone.
