Telstra Gympie Central

Absolutely appalling. Lined up at front door waiting for the store to open at 9am - It was clear watching the big bald bloke who seemed to be in charge that no one in the store was happy. Finally the big bald bloke opened the door a crack at 9:04am to call the first 3 people who had a 9:00am appointments.After allowing those 3 in the door was closed again. Big bald bloke then returned to again open the door a crack and announce that they had reduced staff numbers that day and that they would let us know when we could come in, and closed the door again.At that point I left - wow - never seen anything so appalling in a retail store. Was shocked to see a store manager so plainly just hate the people (customers).

Bruce is an absolute legend can’t thank him enough for the time saved he’s always on the ball and as a solution for just about any problems we at Deja New run into to help the Telstra customers…. Keep it up Bruce we love how you do your job up there.

Thanks to Chris and Jack at the Gympie Telstra shop when purchasing a new phone and speaker. Both gents were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about stocked products and listened and understood what I was looking for. It made for a pleasant and easy transaction and I gained the phone I required and am more than happy with it.

Have never ever in my time experienced such poor customer service!!Was greeted with ‘Go have a coffee, we’ll be with you in 55 minutes!l”When appointment was honoured was told should never have been sent in store and they can’t help me.Rep picked up his laptop and walked off to begin laughing with who is supposed to be asst manager. Asked asst manager for her name to escalate my dispute and she gave me a first name only on a sticky note saying that’s all I’m getting!!No professionalism and certainly not good representatives for Telstra!Is Shaniah really the asst managers name does anyone know???One star is too high a rating for them!!

worst place to buy a phone, make you wait hours and still dont have what you want. They all need to be sacked, no care for their customers. buy online and get what you want without the horrible service. wanted to buy a phone outright told have to wait 2 hours or pay CASH, no card.

Absolutely horrible service with no support provided. Told to ring to do what was needed using their phone services and after waiting 30 minutes on two separate occasions was disconnected. Rep in store basically said I was lying as he has been on hold for four hours and it didn't happen to him. Went to Optus (after 30 years being with Telstra) and the service there was excellent.

Went to set up an eSIM and had the best experience with Fraser. He was incredibly helpful and gave really detailed answers to any questions I had. This man deserves a raise! An absolute pleasure to deal with, will be more than happy to come back for any future purchases. Thanks for your time Fraser :)

Very poor sevice. Just wanted to buy phone. No plan etc. Just a phone. They say no becuse we'd have to book you in & we booked out today. Didn't want a booking, just wanted to buy a phone. Keep your phone. Never again
