I contacted Jesse Mulligan multiple times to inspect a property and my messages went ignored. I questioned him as to why he wouldn't want someone to look at a property when they were willing to offer more than the current offer and he still refused to answer. When I told him I was considering taking it further as it appeared he was trying to keep the price low to sell to a friend, he still didn't speak to me, instead got his assistant to call me. To this day still would not speak to me himself. Imagine trying to sell your house, but having the agent palm off prospective buyers? I feel bad for anyone selling though him. I made contact with him one last time to get some sort of explanation, but he still didn't have the spine to respond to emails, texts, or take my call. I kept screenshots of the lot so he can't deny it later, and am passing all this on to the vendor.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this real estate! They have been so helpful with our situation and more than understanding. Lauren is such a lovely and bubbly person and so easy to communicate with, she has continued to offer us the most amount of support and help that she can. We rented through Mulligan Property and Caitlyn (Property Manager) was great at getting things resolved when they needed fixing. We had to cut our 6-month contract short and they were very helpful with working through this.
