Untrustworthy, seriously get yourself a good conveyancer and go through the contract. refused to alter in anyway and straight up lied to me about what special conditions said don't worry about that

Ok so my story was me and my wife canceled our gym session with gym clothes on and decided to drive around this area the Arcadia estate. So we stop by with one of the display home and also looked around the area and we loved this place, a dream community to live into and you know what, we bought a house instead, put a deposit on and signed away.Beautiful area like a dream. The one we purchase was close to schools, train station, and soon to be shopping centres. What more can you ask for. We signed the contract yesterday and very excited to see the building process of my house. It will take a while to build but whose in a hurry. My friends said its a good place to buy a house and i agree.Arcadia the place to be... if i can only keep this area to my self.

Worst experience everThey gave us the land with out clearing,where we had to go coz they were so delaying there processors,The receptionist is the worst women who does not even want to help the customersPlease be careful when you are dealing with these people.Make sure before signing the papers, you check everything that needs to be done from them is done and coveredThey are just there to relax, not to work,

Very good experience, Stevie & Lorraine at Arcadia is very professional and they explained everything in detail about the estate. They friendly and cooperative with excellent communication skills. Highly recommend to have a visit.

Very well laid out estate with all amenities including parks, schools, railway station, restaurants. Arcadia is conveniently connected to city vis Pakenham line, Princess Highway and toll free M1 motorway is a great place to live and grow up in.

Be carefull guys, before you put deposit and sign contract they will be very nice and helpful. Once you sign the contract, they will not pick phone or reply mail. Not helpful at all. The person who look after this office is one of the worst person I ever met. She is very rude and fake person. I highly recommend the estate to live, but be careful to deal with her.

Lovely new houses which are all beautifully styled, huge multi purpose park very close, helpful staff, public toilet available and plenty of parking.. Great range of display homes to choose from! Fantastic neighbourhood too..

Good estate to live in with good amenities around, very good location accessible to both princes highway and M1Freeway. Staff at office is cooperative and helpful. I understand sometimes people are not happy with the delays in land titling however one of the best estates in Officer and also very well priced as compared to other estates around. Would recommend.

Nice location, near to many facilities and other upcoming new recreational facilities.Train station is very close by.
